El hotel y la habitación, muy bien, pero se me asigno una habitación sin agua caliente y además poca presión de fría, según me informan ya lo sabían ... A pesar de que pague la habitación para dos y fui sola porque no tenían precio individual. He solicitado indemnización a través de Booking, no tuve el servicio de una habitación de 98 euros. Gracias. Espero respuesta

We kregen een knusse kamer met balkon met prachtig uitzicht. De ontvangst was heel fijn, zeker omdat we erg laat arriveerden. Er werd zelfs nog een goed restaurant voor ons geregeld. Door een eigen fout sliepen we de laatste nacht in een kleinere kamer, maar we waren blij dat dat ter plekke toch geregeld kon worden. Dat het ontbijt inclusief was was voor ons een prettige verrassing.

Está muy céntrico, las habitaciones están decoradas con buen gusto, todo muy limpio y la persona encargada muy atenta nos dio indicaciones para visitar lugares y nos explicó un poco la historia del pueblo El Rocío. Muy amable. Todo muy bien.

Palacete muy bonito y con encanto, con vistas espectaculares desde el salón a las marismas. El personal muy amable, pero al llegar no nos informaron que teníamos café y bollería para desayunar, nos lo dijeron el último día, En la habitación faltaba algunos detalles como por ejemplo la falta de iluminación de los armarios (tenía que encender el móvil para ver mi ropa), y en la ducha se mojaba el suelo.

dom, 17 nov 2024 Si ya para mi es un placer estar en el Rocío siempre, este año ha sido maravilloso por hospedarme en Acebuchal 23...A mi marido y a mi nos ha encantado Ubicación perfecta donde mejor que con vistas a las marismas Decoración cuidada al más mínimo detalle, y la limpieza genial, que apenas haya polvo teniendo en cuenta el sitio en el que está chapó yo creo que hay duendes invisibles que están limpiando todo el dia si no no me lo explico... Y lo mejor de todo Salud la recepcionista más simpática,servicial y cariñosa (tú recibimiento con el café de 10) me faltan buenos adjetivos para ella Espero la cuiden mucho y ojalá volver a verte el próximo año... Unos rocieros malagueños Manolo y Paqui Lo que no me ha gustado es poder llevarme para mi casa todos los espejos, muebles y decoración que tenéis jaja

La plus gentille des réceptionnistes, au service des voyageurs. Salud a été aux petits soins pour nous et rendre notre séjour parfait. L' hôtel est magnifique, nous espérons pouvoir revenir et saluer Salud. La literie est confortable et la propreté impeccable

La atención recibida no podría haber sido mejor. Salud se vuelca en el bienestar de sus huéspedes. Especialmente valoramos la total disponibilidad para facilitarnos todo lo que pudiese sernos útil para nuestras bicis eléctricas: pudimos guardarlas, enchufarlas para cargarlas y hasta lavarlas en el patio del hotel. Aparte de ser un sitio maravillosamente decorado, y con vistas preciosas a la gran laguna junto al Rocío. Repetiremos con total seguridad.

Super all round! Definitely worth staying at. Very friendly lady helped us out at reception and made us feel right at home during our entire stay! Very central and easy to get to. Beautiful and old worldly experience, the hotel oozes charm from a bygone era.

Magnífico trato de la persona encargada (Salud), continuamente pendiente de nosotros y muy resolutiva. En un paraje inigualable, con unas vistas a las marismas espectaculares. Fuimos por un evento familiar, aunque también tuvimos algo de trabajo (videoconferencias, gestiones y similares). Todo perfecto y muy bien dispuesto.
