Hope to stay again We really enjoyed our stay. Room was big and comfortable, patio area is really nice, and restaurant/service very good. Good location too.

Hemos ido 23 -27 diciembre un grupo de 40. Antes de nada darles las gracias a las chicas de la limpieza que hacen un trabajo impecable.O subes el precio o no ofreces un servicio en unas fechas tan críticas. La comida deplorable. Nunca he estado en un hotel en noche buena que cierren el bar por la tarde no puedes tomar ni un triste refresco. Seguro que hay alguien dispuesto a trabajar hasta las 9. Son ingleses pusieron unos langostinos de rebaja maloliente y flácida. El servicio fatal lo único que les quedaba era quitar nos las sillas por debajo mucho antes de las 9. Una residencia de ancianos hubiera sido mejor pasar estos días. Así este hotel no hace ningún favor al turismo del Puerto ni nacional ni por lo menos ingles en lo que se refiere a mi

Fuimos de comida de empresa, y desde el primer momento que nos pusimos en contacto con Juan, nos dio todas las facilidades y tuvimos un trato de 100. Así da gusto, con personas que aman su trabajo. Rapidez, servicio, comida y bebida muy a favor. Muy pendientes de todos nosotros.

Hace unos días celebramos la comida de empresa en ese hotel. Cominos en un salón de la primera planta y el único calificativo es de ….Impecable: buena comida , buen servicio y adecuada relación calidad/precio. ( algo muy extraño en las comidas de navidad).No se les puede pedir más

Lovely stay at Hotel Alegria bodega real. Stayed at Algeria Bodega Real for two nights. One single room one double. At check in we were informed that there were no more available parking spaces in the hotel. Most surprisingly since that was one of the reasons why we booked at exactly this location. The woman at the check in desk, rather quickly observed that we were not happy with that so she solved the problem by asking one of the staff to move her/his car to make a space for us - thank you very much👍 Rooms very clean and spacious. Single room had a much better aircon than the double bedroom, which wasn’t cooled properly down👎 Dined in the restaurant and it was a real pleasure. Very good menu with a fine variety of delicious local courses. The waiter “Paco” was very friendly and talkative. We had questions about sherry production and the area, and he could give us an intelligent answers to satisfy our curiosity. Also he was very efficient in talking our orders and deliver our food in a friendly and polite manner. Will highly recommend this hotel, its staff and its location🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
