Muy buen hostel cerca del aeropuerto. Muy buenas instalaciones cerca del metro. Para estar de paso es excelente.. recomiendo. Gracias

Cuando reserve no ponía que fuera habitación compartida, llego y tardo 45' buscando donde aparcar, entro a recepción y veo unas caras que me tiraron para atrás, le pregunto a la de la recepción por la habitación y me dice que era compartida, le pedí que me devolviera el dinero que no quería habitación compartida, me respondió que era política de la administración no devolver el dinero. Jamás reservéis ahí, es un engaño y encima te toman el pelo. Como periodista que soy ya me encargaré de que la fama se les vaya al suelo

CAR TRÈS MAUVAISE IMAGE DE CES ÉTABLISSEMENTS !!!

Reservé una habitación para 4, al llegar nos dieron una habitación para 6, alegando que el hostel estaba lleno y que no podía darnos la habitación elegida, encima una de las camas que nos da, ya estaba ocupada, la verdad que muy poco profesional todo, Reservé directamente con el hostel para no tener problemas y pasa esto, lo único que nos ofrecieron fue el desayuno, cosa que no recomiendo pagar, todo era bollería empaquetada...

This hostel is scammy. I booked a bed here in a four bed room, but they put me in a six bed room. The receipt for the room also says 4 beds, but the room they gave me is actually 6 beds. It's bait and switch false advertising. I spoke with their front desk employee Janna about this, who tried to blame it on the booking site. In the lobby a few minutes later, I then witnessed Janna offer a walk in family of three a four bed room - when I asked her about it she said it was a "private room". Clearly, a four bed hostel room was available when I checked in. This hostel is bait and switching four bed bookings for six bed bookings. I would stay away from this place.
