Nice social hotel

It was a truly pleasant stay with a variety of choices of breakfast each day, with a stunning view of the sea and hills. Lemuel is a star server, who never missed a step in service in any way. He was professional, warm, helpful, and goes the extra mile to check in that we are fine whenever he can. He looked out for all guests no matter how busy it got, and helped with taking photos for the crowds too. While some other staff may have been blur, his presence and service made everything exceptional. He even shared with us that the sunset view from the hotel should not be missed, and it was good we were back in time one of the days to enjoy the view from the hotel. Great stay.

It was a great stay, relaxing and enjoyable. The staff are polite and assistance given are remarkable. The food is good as well as the ambiance takes you to a breath taking sceneries of the beautiful El Nido. Will definitely come back again and again with friends and loved ones!

If you’re thinking of staying here, DONT. The place should be condemned. Firstly the room, very very basic no kettle or glasses for water. No duvet ! Just a sheet. 200 peso charge for any marks on the bed sheets however there was dried blood on the bedsheets, I doubt they was changed before we arrived. Beds must be infested with bugs as I was bit several times. The bathroom stink of damp mouldy water. The shower was a joke must of been 5 different pipes connected to an electric shower which trickled Luke warm water, also the shower electric Cable was taped up with electrical tape. The breakfast was pitiful, breakfast was served between 7 & 9 but wasn’t ready for 7am they also have the audacity to charge you 200pesos for leftovers, we left what was a mouth full on the plate and was told if we didn’t eat it we would be charged. Now the staff, they have a mixture of older ladies and younger, the older being extremely rude and unwelcoming. The young ladies working there I felt sorry for as you could see the embarrassment of having to try charge you 200 pesos for a mouth full of food. All in all this is a very run down unorganised shambles of a hotel. They have absolutely zero customer service, save your money and pay extra for somewhere respectable as this place will put a serious damper on your holiday.

There were ants in rooms and lobbies

Let me say that I want to save you all travelers from the hardship we endured. Number 1: No cellular service 2. Internet service is sparse and slow. 3 No TV - because there is no cable, it relies on the internet and since internet is terrible hence no TV. 4. AC runs but with hardly any air. Not cooling. OMG - the heat we have to endure. The best thing they did was to bring another electric fan. 5. Very poor customer service of the front desk. We have scheduled a private tour and ended up in a group tour packed with 24 people. The front desk refused to accept her mistake. 6. Breakfast buffet is served in a saucepan. Whattt???! They said breakfast starts at 6am. I came at 6:35 and NOTHING WAS THERE. Not even coffee. No apologies from the server either. I was responded with “an attitude.” Please save yourself. Don’t stay here. Look at my other reviews. I only speak the truth. I hope management reads my review so that they can make their place better.
