Charlie's El Nido Managed by HII

A little slice of luxury. Amazing clean rooms and pool. We didn’t have hot water but it was sorted quickly! Scooter hire is expensive here (compared with outside) but necessary to get around. The hotel has a transfer bus but times are limited to morning and evening. Breakfast was great. Dinner was good (expensive compared with outside as understand in hotel). If you order the pork, it’s like a starter portion so bear in mind.

We enjoy out stay here at charlie’s el nido hotel, the parking is nice.

Excellent staff and they made all the difference! They were all warm, cheerful and very helpful. Location is a few mins away from Lio though I hope there are more free shuttle trips or more transportation options other than tricycle and van. Food was great; however, service was quite slow. Food is no longer that warm when we ordered for room service. It would have been better if the chips and fries came hot or at least warm. Overall, the experience was great. I loved their daing na bangus, danggit lamayo, beef longanisa, champorado and garlic rice which they served for breakfast!

We had an amazing stay at Charlie’s. The staff were lovely, always saying hello and happy to help with anything. We booked a room with pool access, it was spacious and also had a big bathroom. The bar and restaurant both had a great selection and the welcome drink upon arrival was a lovely touch! One of the best features of this hotel is its proximity to Lio Beach, only a 5 minute ride away, where there are an array of bars and restaurants and a beautiful sunset every night. My partner is dairy and gluten intolerant and there were plenty of options for her there which was pretty rare in general for the Philippines. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, it was well worth the money.
