The facilities, bar, restaurant and car park were all of a good standard. The staff were so warm and welcoming. They were there when and if you needed information or a change of plans. I would recommend The Dukeries to my friends and family. Thank you for looking after my wife and I. You made our trip to Nottingham a memorable one, particularly when both my sons joined us there so that I could tie their ties just before one of them were to marry that day. Thank you for making our stay a special one. Calvin

Excellent stay, the only issue we had during our stay was that the room was incredibly hot! Whilst we can appreciate the hotel cannot control the weather, a fan or something similar would have helped. It was unbearably warm in the room, unlike anywhere else in the hotel. The hotel was clean, had wonderful facilities, and the staff were excellent! We had a few drinks at the bar before heading out for the evening, and the late-night entrance was easy and well-lit. The breakfast that was included was of a superb standard, and had a huge variety of choices and dietary needs. Overall, I think it is well worth staying here, the parking was great and it is not too far away from anything, but if it is warm, definitely bring a fan!

Booked a 90th birthday party for all the family. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful from the initial booking to the day of the party. Nothing was too much trouble, the food was excellent, and we had a room to ourselves that was set out beautifully! Thank you everyone for making this a very enjoyable special occasion!

We had a wonderful few days at Dukeries Lodge. Beautifully refurbished and in keeping with the age of the building. Comfortable room which was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was really good. Big shout out to Tracy F.o.h manager who was very friendly and efficient and obviously a hard worker. Also thanks to the other lady who served breakfast (I can't remember her name) This hotel deserves a much higher rating. Beautiful place to stay in a lovely village in a wonderful area. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a good stay!

What a lovely welcoming hotel. Staff were very friendly. We were late for breakfast and this was no issue at all. Great breakfast and the hotel was clean and very comfortable. Staff were very attentive and we will stay again when in the area. Highly recommended

Friendly polite knowledgeable staff Very nice refurbished rooms and accommodation restaurants and bar including outside seating area with car park The Sunday dinner was outstanding quality and value for money Would definitely recommend to friends 5 out 5

Service was alright. Prices on the slight high side, £6.70 for a glorified lager because it's owned by Jeremy Clarkson. Vinegar bottles could be tended to on a more regular basis. Finding mould floating around in bottles. Picture attached

wonderful traditional hotel,great staff,good pub,clise to the sherwood forest by foot,rooms are clean and good. i choose it due ti the fact that its a 15 minuts walk from the visitor sebter of sherwoid forest.great quit pkace for writers like myself...

We stayed here 2 nights in 2 different rooms. It's worth paying for the larger room and bed. This is a great place to stay. Rooms are newly refurbished, great modern bathrooms and shower. Breakfast was excellent quality and the staff were very friendly and efficient. We ate in the restaurant one night and had a great meal. Again the service was very good. Liked the online check in - made check in very quick and efficient. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Good value for money
