酒店位置很好，離西mall開車不遠，衞生乾淨，可延遲退房，不錯的體驗，服務略差，服務員不管拿行李無笑容

for Second time stay at Royal hotel we had a good and pleasant time.

房間空間大，服務親切

overall it was a good hotel and the location was great. It was nearby to Mcdonald’s and Seafood City!

房間有點暗，中規中矩，離西茂挺近，購物方便

My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. After hanging the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the second day, no one came to clean the room for the following days, and the trash was not taken out. The front desk service was poor; the staff was very unwelcoming and less friendly than a random person on the street. The room's facilities were quite outdated and in need of renovation. The only highlight was the breakfast, which was diverse and tasted good. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very close to the water park, driving about 8 minutes, near the KFC, Walmart, the hotel's breakfast is also not bad, but the facilities are relatively old, like many years ago, the hotel's service in general, just started to check in when I saw to take a lot of luggage no one to help take a little bit of the face of the expressionless.

Good location and good service

Closed to west Edmonton mall. Nice clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast food was good. Eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, French fries, fresh fruit. Good service during breakfast.

No good
