I'm happy to see that you had an overall good experience at Eden 😄 I can see that you liked the setting of your room as well as our very privileged location right at the heart of Edinburgh's New Town.I'm sorry to hear that you had some trouble communicating with our team. At the Front Desk we do our best to communicate with our guests and when we have language barriers we try to make use of different online options such as translators to communicate efficiently. I am truly sorry if it was a bit of a struggle. I can also see that you mention that we do not offer daily cleaning of our rooms. We only offer a clean through the stay for those guests who are staying for longer than 7 days. The thought behind this is to give our guests more autonomy and so they are not disturbed by Housekeeping. However, if you would like to arrange this service we are more than happy to provide it for an additional fee. For a next time please don't hesitate on letting us know so we can organise this for you 😄 I hope you come visit us again sometime if you are back in Edinburgh!Best wishes, Dani and the Eden Locke Team
