Wonderful accommodation! Perfect location, near the castle. If going to the hotel from the train station with heavy luggage, consider walking along the road as the steps to the hotel can be really exhausting.

特別完美的酒店。寬敞明亮的房間，柔軟舒適的床單被套，一應俱全的廚房，熱情友善的工作人員。要説缺點可能垃圾桶小了一點，但這明顯是雞蛋裡挑骨頭。總得來説這是我在英國住過的最好的酒店。我要向所有人推薦它，下次來愛丁堡一定會再次選擇這家酒店。房間裏有廚房真的是偉大的設計，我們足不出户就做出了美味的食物。儘管風暴天氣導致無法出行，但這個酒店給這次旅行大大加分。😻

Great location and easy to get around old town Edinburgh

Everything was overall very good. The location was exceptional. The rooms were so handy and practical, there was a quite functional and almost fully equipped kitchen and there was even a washing machine. I was planning to have breakfast outside - in a coffee shop or bakery, but i changed my plans to have my breakfast in the room sine the room was like studio and had given me a cosy feeling in the middle of the city center. The only downfall was that instead of keycards, they gave me a pincode (like numeric password) to open the doors and the codes were hand written by receptions and handed to customers just like that. This seemed to me not very safe while it may sound somehow practical to some other people in other ways. Maybe i need to get used to it if this method is going to be applied everywhere in the future, who knows.

太多次住這裏啦， 原本的期待值和實際距離大， 平安夜和聖誕節比我們春節還安靜 沒有氣氛。

跟孩子一起去旅遊，酒店就在愛丁堡市中心，非常美的房子，服務很好，室內佈置很温馨，房間內還帶烘乾的洗衣機很方便，出門到處都是美食，距離愛丁堡城堡步行只有5-8分鐘，距離卡爾頓山步行也不過10分鐘左右，非常便利，總之這是一次非常愉快的旅行。

Great location! Very friendly service and breakfast selections were good. Love the room esp it has a kitchenette. The only negative feedback was housekeeping came very late. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

位置絕佳 服務好

地理位置很優越，出來就是聖吉爾斯大教堂，導航會讓走高台階，建議拿着大行李的可以定位這個大教堂，就衹用爬坡不用走台階了。酒店內有烤箱、電磁爐，鍋具等，調料有煙和胡椒，但是沒有油。但是我的房間排風扇和衞生巾燈是一體的，排風扇聲音特別大，需要衞生間燈關一會才沒聲音，這點讓人困惑，而且屋內燈不是很亮。總體來説服務態度還是很好的。

愛丁堡車站出來走路就到，網紅打卡地，房間很大，旁邊超市買點食品自己做個早餐非常不錯，洗碗機洗衣機非常方便，親子旅行首選

Very centrally located. Big, apartment-style rooms. Good service at front desk. Restaurant is run by a different group and was so-so, but lots of options surrounding the hotel.
