This is an excellent property. Very well maintained. Well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The screened in porch was great for sitting and enjoying the fabulous view. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. it is also convenient to many of the places in Maine we wanted to explore.

Wonderful home! This is a great house! Exceptionally clean, kitchen is organized and nice-very nice decor too!! Area is perfect for getting to Boothbay area! View of the river is great. Walked the bridge to “Reds Eats” and had the best lobster roll to date!Owner was quick to respond to a few simple questions. Would highly recommend this house!

Sweet Spot We had a wonderful time at this lovely cottage. Great location, water views, clean and quiet. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. Perfect for the two of us, as we each had our own bedroom and bath. We didn't want to leave!

Better than expected The pictures do not show how nice this place is. We have stayed at many places in different states. This is one of our favorite places. The view of the river and Wiscasset village is beautiful. Sunset views from the front porch. The host offer many amenities to make the stay comfortable.

Fall stay! This place was perfect for a weekend or a long trip getaway. The space is perfect for two couples or a small family. The screenes in porch has an excellent view of the river and Wiscasset. The location is perfect for quick or day trips to Bath, Wiscasset, Darmiscota, and Booth Bay Harbor.
