Winnetu is a 3-minutes' walk from South Beach and 3.2 mi from Main Street, Edgartown via resort shuttle bus or bike path. The resort seasonally offers 2 heated swimming pools, a health club, a complimentary children’s program, a complimentary tennis courts on-site and an on-site restaurant, The Dunes.
The Resort offers a selection of 1-4 bedroom suites, studios and cottages. Select rooms feature a kitchenette. Each room features cable TV, a private bathroom and air conditioning. They are decorated in crisp bright colors. All rooms have free WiFi. There is free parking on-site.
An outdoor hot tub, yoga, fitness center, concierge services, optional shuttle to ferries, shuttles to downtown Edgartown and massage services are available. Seasonal weekly clambakes, lighthouse and kayak tours, sunset cruise to Edgartown, bike rentals and day or overnight trips to our sister resort on Nantucket are also offered.
The on-site restaurant, The Dunes, overlooks South Beach and offers indoor and deck seating with fire pits and ocean views.

We took our first trip to MV for an event at the winnetu called oysters and oceans. The weekend featured fresh MV oysters and bourbon from Jefferson’s, the event was so well organized and welcoming. We went with another couple and had a great time! The hotel itself is stunning with great activities, close to beach, bocce ball, hot tub etc. the room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable! We loved being on the first floor and having a view of the lawn.

The stuff was very nice. Food was very good. The show was very funny. The room was so spacious and beautifully decorated overlooking a gorgeous pool and a big hot tub. We would love to go back soon. Highly recommend and the activities were fun.

The Winnetu is one of the most enjoyable hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We were two couples and three toddlers and the hotel had something for all of us! From the sprawling yard to the spacious and comfortable room to the dining experience with an amazing server who treated the kids kindly and made the moms special cocktails. I couldn’t say enough about how pleasantly surprised I was with everything about the Winnetu!

Perfect little get away. The area is beautiful and the property had everything and more: Pickleball, tennis, private hot tub, continental breakfast and the service was top notch. We stayed at the Lilly Pulitzer cottage which was absolutely adorable!

Excellent hotel. The service is amazing, the food at the restaurant and morning buffet breakfast is all very good. The staff are helpful, always smiling and a pleasure to be around. A short walk through a scenic trail to a beautiful beach with great ocean views. Hotel management cares about the property and the patrons, they go out of their way to give you a great vacation.

Beautiful secluded resort at the south end of Martha’s Vineyard. Lovely hotel main grounds with a wide range of activities and amenities. Very comfortable and well appointed guest rooms. A short walk to a lovely sandy beach. Outstanding food and the best hospitality I have experienced in a long time.

We came for the Oyster and Bourbon weekend. It did not disappoint. All events were fun and informative. The food was excellent. The first night was a clam bake with the star of the show being a whole main lobster. The second night was a 6 course celebrity chef dinner… again excellent. Brunch on Sunday was wonderful. We have been to their resort on Nantucket, and now Martha’s Vineyard. On to the BVI’s and their 3rd resort … Lovango!

A wonderful and beautiful resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The grounds were spectacularly beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. There are so many things to do at the resort and the beach is a quick walk away.

I cannot say enough positive things about our visit to the Winnetu Oceanside Resort! From the wonderful greeting by the reception team, enjoyable bar and restaurant experience, beautiful accommodations, and the overall service from the staff, it was exceptional. We enjoyed dinner in The Dunes Restaurant (beautiful view), and the servers/bartender were very friendly and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed OV (Bartender) and Maria (restaurant manager) during our dinner and cocktail hour. Free hot breakfast too, plus a short walk to the beach (with beach chairs provided in your room)! There is also a free shuttle into Edgartown, which is very convenient, considering parking is very challenging in town. Chip (bell captain) actually drove my husband into town because he forgot his nail clipper...over the top service! All around fantastic visit!
