"Simply awful. Have been coming here for years with my guests. Simply shocking to witness the amount of deterioration in service and quality of breakfast not to mention rude and disrespectful staff. Stayed for 3 nights with 5 rooms and it was a disaster from day one. automatic lawn. Reception was terrible and receptionist was rude and really didn’t care less about us. At breakfast the bread was stale and hard. There is no one to help at breakfast and on the first morning the food ran out and was not replenished. One room was dirty, with blood on the curtains and spiderwebs everywhere. Windows are dirty and dining room was filthy on the first day. This is no longer a hotel for guests but rather a function and conference venue. Got woken up at 7am by a truck right outside our bedroom window delivering conference equipment. One guest could not sleep all night as a dog that was left behind in the room next door barked continuously and there was no one on reception to help. So so sad to see this happen as we have always been more than happy."
