Premier Inn St. Neots (A1/Wyboston)

Ultra friendly and happy staff, happy to engage with clients and smile. Clean room with a bath and shower, nice toiletries, comfy bed and spacious room with a good sized TV and desk area. Tea and coffee facilities provided and a decent hairdryer too!

Andy was Night Manager for our two most recent stays at the hotel (September & December 24) and on both occasions we found him to be proactive and very helpful. It makes the stay much better to know there is a friendly and helpful person on the desk. Jennie, who was on the desk for our last day was good and helped with advice when we had a tyre problem just before we left. Thank you both

A lady called Jennie was, as once before, extremely helpful with the allocation of rooms as we had an elderly gentleman with us and wanted rooms together. She organised this for us when I called in advance and the rooms were ready and waiting when we arrived. Our room (105) was clean and tidy with all the 'little bits' replenished and the heater in good working order - it was late October and chilly. What I didn't like about this room was that it was 'under the eaves' with a long sloping roof either side of the window so made the room feel small. There is no chaise in the room because of this fact I presume. I like the chaise, I use it as a table for luggage/packing. There is plenty of parking space - FREE. The attached pub had a good choice of food for an evening meal and the breakfast selections were great too.

Nice easy check in and friendly staff. Comfy beds and clean room. Room above was really loud but they were only moving around like normal. It was as if an elephant was above, this kept us awake for quite a while. Car parking was ideal and plenty of it.

We have stayed here several times over the last year. All of the team are amazing and we are always welcomed with big smiles. The rooms are spotlessly clean too. We would like to give Andy a special mention. He is always so lovely and remembers us each time. Thank you to all of you.

I chose to stay at this hotel as I was dealing with bereavement and just needed to be near to the family home but to be able to deal with everything in a quiet environment and relaxed space. The hotel was clean , smart, functional and the front of house employees were exceptional. I won't put names down but they know who they are and they are a credit to the business. Smiles wherever I went from the hotel to the Crown pub adjoined for breakfast, they are a great team ..
