Jason was our server tonight in the restaurant- friendly and extremely accommodating. Brilliant service from himself, served our family two years ago and he was extremely lovely and polite last time also. Thank you……………………………………………..

Thank you to Raman for sorting out an extra pillow and case for it, also for fresh milk for my wife to help her sleep soundly. This made it extra special as it's my birthday today. Unfortunately we did no get to see Lenny, but I am sure he will there on our next visit.

The usual Premier Inn offering - i.e. a cheap and cheerful hotel conveniently located for Southampton Airport ( - it's literally next door!). Rooms and decor are looking a bit tired - but they were clean and comfortable - and at this price can't really fault them. It's a few minutes walk from Southampton Parkway train station so on a direct rail link to London (Waterloo), too. My only gripe was that the bar appeared to shut at 10:30pm - which was a little annoying for a late evening arrival as it would have been nice to grab a drink after a long trip down. Other than that, I'd have no issues booking here again.

Fantastic rooms and lovely staff but this is let down by the quality of the food served in the restaurant. I had a vegan burger which was crunchy instead of soft. I think some of the Ingredients are cooked centrally and reheated in the kitchen. Shame as I expected better also the menu is not good for vegetarians seems to be a meat fest going on

Lovely, clean, modern hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. In particular Lucas and Tahmid were exceptionally helpful when I had an emergency. The hotel is very comfortable, within walking distance of Southampton airport and train station, plenty of car spaces within the grounds of the hotel if driving. I would recommend staying in this hotel
