Our comfortable three bedroom, two bath home is situated on a private road a short distance from the National Seashore, bay beaches, restaurants and bike trails. From June 15th through August 31st this home may only be rented in 7 day blocks that begin each Saturday at 4PM. From May 18th through June 15th, September and October our home may be rented for three day minimum bookings. A nice quiet location on dead end gravel road. The house and it's furnishings are in excellent condition! Features one bedroom on the main level with a king bed and two bedrooms on the second level, one with a queen and one with two single beds. There is a rear deck, outdoor shower, fire pit, cable TV, internet and more. Just North of Orleans and Chatham and South of Wellfleet and P'town, a great base location for exploring the outer Cape. The apartment is a lower level walk out: private, quiet and secluded. Renting is, 4 pm on arrival day to 11 am on departure day.Completely renovated a few years ago. Should there be an interruption of the utilities, services, or appliances due to circumstances beyond control, the property manager will make every effort to remedy the problem in a timely manner. The bike trail, which meanders through much of the Cape, can be accessed .07 miles from the house and it will take you right through to Coast Guard Beach and all the way to Marconi Beach or, in the opposite direction, to Orleans, Brewster and Dennis - a pleasurable and safe way of travel. We have 2 first class bikes there for you to use but you need to bring your own helmets. The house is situated so that alternate roads can be used to avoid the highly traveled Route 6.Rental period: The calendar may read otherwise but the rental periods are normally Saturday to Saturday unless other arrangements have been made.
