The hotel is very beautiful, very clean, the sea scenery is very good, the transportation is also very convenient, and near to the sea. Open your eyes and see the sunrise. The boss is also very warm, there is water and milk in the refrigerator, very satisfied!! I love here and want to stay next time. The lack of lift to move luggage is a little inconvenient, but the spacious rooms and warm decor offset all of this

跟圖片宣傳的海景房完全兩個極端，房間在地下室，昏暗隔音差，花幾百英鎊住地下室，非常差的體驗。攜程誤導，讓人誤以為房間就是圖片上海景房的樣子，差評

The best room we’ve ever stayed in. So beautifully thought out and designed. Bed so comfy and amazing shower. We had a sea view room with a beautiful view. Lovely thick curtains to keep out the light so great sleep. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be staying again.

Had a one night visit and would like to have stayed longer. Lovely welcome from David who was receptionist and later waiter at dinner. The sea view room 10 up four flights of stairs was excellent. Very clever design as was the whole hotel. Very clean and comfortable. There isn’t a lift so upper rooms inaccessible for anyone with disabilities.

Clean, nicely decorated spacious room. Reasonable price and the staff are so friendly. Makes you feel like you’re in your own little flat because of the lay out. Top notch manager or owner making sure myself and my partner were able to get in after check in hours.

Good location on the sea front. The hotel is clean and modern. Easy check in. Near Pier and easy to walk into Eastbourne. The room we stayed in had quite a few stairs to acces it, so be aware if you have any mobility issues. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A spa getaway but with your ‘toddler’ It was really nice and cosy little things that made it different - coffee machine, nice towels and enough of them, lots of extra pillows. Nice shampoo/handwash gels. Only downfalls no network at all on our phones as our room was in the basement downstairs and also no sunlight or any outside few when you dont have it you realise how much of a difference it makes. Location was wonderful

Family rooms are on the lower ground floor with windows there is daylight but no Seaview.

A beautiful seafront hotel that really stands out. The design is amazing from the lobby to the rooms, which are very comfortable. The amenities offered were as expected. Was quite disappointed that I had to download an app in order to come in as there was no staff present at 6pm when I was checking in.

OK for one night We booked a luxury room for two with a sea view, arriving at 5.30 pm. You have to download an app and enter personal information in order to gain entry. I'm not sure about the privacy when using this app. We were advised there is no staff on duty after 6 pm, and any questions have to be given by WhatsApp—no restaurant for dinner or breakfast. No bar was open, the whole place appeared empty or closed apart from us. Our room was on the 3rd floor, up narrow winding stairs, as there was no lift for guests. The room was fairly small for the price. The bathroom shower was good. There is a lot of traffic noise from the busy main road when staying in the front rooms. There was no ambience during our visit. No staff, no music, no people, no bar, no restaurant. Overall, one night was enough.

There are times the hotel is unstaffed and we ensure that guests know how to access the hotel and amenities. The app for the key entry does not contain any details about you personally apart from the email address already on the booking.
