酒店位置好，離海灘不到100米、離市中心、pier200多米、離火車站步行20分鐘。早餐豐盛，有培根、香腸、煎蛋、酸奶、水果等。

It’s a simple no frills hotel. It had all that we needed, at an affordable price. The bar next door was very lively so if you are into love music it’s perfect to pop over or it might delay your sleep a bit. Lovely staff. Great location right by the pier.

Ansicht ist das Hôtel eigentlich ganz gut aber die Zimmer sind nicht toll sind dreckig Schimmel das Badezimmer ist schmutzig. Es gibt auch keine weiteren Decken im Zimmer wen man die braucht. Und ich gebe dem Hotel eine schlechte Bewertung es ist kein drei Sterne Hotel.

The room was clean with coffee and tea provided for a 2 night stay. There seemed to be a large amount of condensation on the window and water pooled on the ledge, the heater was adequate though. The shower was very good, with hot water and good spray, however we only got given two bath towels, no hand towels or a bath mat. So when leaving the shower it was a little slippery. Soap and shampoos were provided but no shower gel ( the dispenser was empty)

Staff very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Room Quirky in shape, great Seaviews. Hotel extremely cold in corridors and room. No bar or restaurant open, but breakfast good selection, choice of eggs and good friendly service. Great location, just need to warm the rooms!!

Good value and would stay again. Lovely room with kettle and ironing board which is always a nice touch .Bath with shower in and very comfy bed. Hotel is in good location on the front close to the pier abd not far from the town centre

Disappointing - Clean the toilets, don't mask it! As a budget hotel this place is OK. The general vibe of the place is that it's a bit tired and run down. The dated carpets haven't been hoovered in a long while. There was a strong smell of toilets when we arrived and then a strong smell of bleach and toilets after a coach of people arrived. The stairs are a mystery and only worked them out after countless runs downstairs to smoke. The wondows are locked 'for safety' and the tiny little pillows kept falling down the back of the bed that kept sliding away from the wall. I stay in Eastbourne regualry and this place was almost double the cost of others and nowhere near the same quality. The lady on reception was lovely though.

So far so good So far so good. It’s quite convenient to buy stuffs, and laundry shop nearby.

Overnight stay It is a basic 3* hotel, no frills but great location with sea views. No bathroom toiletries…a pump on the wall which was empty but luckily we brought our own. No toilet brush! Room was a good size. 1 pillow only! So basic but good for money and service.

Great value hotel, excellent location Stayed two nights in a Double Room with Sea View which had a nice view of the beach and pier; worth the upgrade. The room was a great size, tastefully decorated, kept clean and well equipped with amenities such as tea making facilities, hair dryer, desk fan, ironing facilities. The room upgrade included breakfast; standard hotel buffet breakfast, plenty on offer, refreshed regularly, overall good value. Staff courteous and professional throughout the service. Everything we asked from reception was granted efficiently. Bath was very slippery, as they often are. There was a sign saying a bath mat is available if you ask at reception but I think this would be better provided by default. Yes in some areas the hotel needs a bit of TLC but you have to understand that hospitality have had a horrendous few years for business and are likely in recovery/survival mode; give them a chance to recover first with a good season! A chipped veneer or two can wait! Would definitely return.

Happy We've been using this hotel for a few years, always a pleasure to stay here, location works for us and always a good breakfast in the morning, staff are friendly and efficient.

Could be better! Needed more pillows. Shower head needed descaling. Breakfast was disappointing as hash browns were likely from the day before and the coffee tasted awful

Unsatisfactory This hotel is a little tired but was a good location for me as my daughter lives not far away , however when I got back to my room from being out for the day my bathroom smelt like cigarettes and my towel that had been changed smelt not very nice also , our bin hadn’t been emptied so I didn’t understand why they bothered to service our room as we were only staying for two nights.

Mixed feelings but wouldn’t return Room - clean, over bath shower excellent, only 2 lge towels and 1 small, no non slip mat or bath bath. Pillows 1 each had to ask for extra. Check in - no information given re times for breakfast etc or where anything was. Lift not working for 2 days we were there Breakfast - staff very friendly but very disorganised customers and staff had no idea about the system only part self service and minimal sitting area. Bar - apparently if we wanted a drink we had to ask receptionist they would then unlock bar serve us a drink then lock up again as they were responsible for both jobs . So we chose to go to local friendly bar across the road . So no relaxing at the bar with a coffee after a long journey Smoke alarm in room not sure if this was connected as it never seemed to blink.
