A lovely little gem at the quieter end of Eastbourne. Karen and Mark made us very welcome, the room was bright and clean and so quiet you could hear a pin drop. You had to preorder breakfast but that was not a problem, freshly cooked with quality ingredients and good portions served piping hot. Plenty of free parking a really relaxing couple of days, we hope to return soon.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Langtons. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do.

Mark and his wife are wonderful hosts. The breakfast(s) that we had were excellent. We found the noise from the highway that fronted the property to be loud until late at night, after which it was very quiet. The property is close to the beach. Eastbourne is an interesting town with some beautiful views.

Anniversary Escape
Great B&B on the seafront. Close enough to the attractions and shops etc to be able to walk but far enough away not to be disturbed by any late night noise. Friendly and welcoming family run establishment. Nice breakfast choices from local suppliers, cooked excellent. Quiet room with everything we needed. Will certainly be back and will be recommending to friends and family.

5 star review. Great place to stay.
Great say at this beautiful guest house. Lovely friendly wecome. Room was bright, clean and comfortable. Great location with a sea view. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Eastbourne or the surrounding areas.

Comfortable B&B by the coast
Had a pleasant short stay with my wife.
The owners were friendly and helpful, the room was nice and complemented by a cooked-to-order English breakfast.

A quality small guest house on Eastbourne seafront
This guest house is located on Eastbourne seafront opposite the Eastbourne Redoubt.
My single room was ensuite and had a sea view.
Breakfast was good with options being chosen and submitted the night before. This meant preparation times were extremely quick.

Can confirm it exists
Welcome was not particularly warm. Communication lacked empathy and rather combative.
Cannot comment on breakfast as plans did not fit with B&Bs offering. Breakfast is only available at 0830 or 0915. Paid for but rendered useless.
Parking is not as inferred. One has to jostle with residents, businesses and other visitors for on street parking, which subsequently led to parking several streets away.
