Carlton Court Hotel Eastbourne

最特別就係Front Desk. 嗰位女仕， 如果要提早Check in 嘅話要求我吔俾十英磅佢哋!!!!我同屋企人入住間房細就不在話下。房間內擺設安排對住客做成許多不方便。 水壓不足、沖涼浴簾太短、抽氣通氣不良，房間感覺不清潔。

This hotel is located mere moments from the seafront which is perfect for that peaceful getaway and walks along the seafront. I booked this hotel very last minute and at a low cost thanks to it being last minute and being a high member on a booking site - this was remarked the moment I arrived which I don’t think was polite etiquette other than that, the welcome was quite nice There is a very old lift here if you require it - I asked kindly for a room with a view if possible and they provided a room at the front of the top floor with views over the garden which was kind of them The room was small but nice enough, a kettle was provided but no tea/coffee which were available at reception! My issue with the place is the cleanliness, I walked into the room to an extremely long hair laying on the bed followed by numerous places in the bathroom and even under one of the coffee cups which is a further reason for the drop in rating

wonderful hotel and staff is very nice very comfy bed.near from beach and front of tennis ground good bar and it's like coming home. It has a warm cosy feel with old world charm and modern subtle tones throughout. The lounge areas are plentiful and comfortable. The rooms are fairly modern and have everything you need to make a pleasant stay. All staff are super helpful amd friendly
