Great hotel.. Location is good nearby shopping mall with just around 10 minutes walking distance. Room space is just nice for 2 adults. This hotel had smoking room option and suitable for smokers. Will come back again ya. Bye.

I will not stay in this hotel if I have a chance to visit Karawan in upcoming trips. Got some mosquitos in Japanese restaurant and in my room. The bar service is nice. They offer us free three pots of hot teas while we were making an internal meeting. The food served in the morning was too local. No real coffee. Eating places and food serving place are too far away.

Kali ke 2 kami menginap disini, pengalaman terakhir kondisi hotel sangat berbeda dari pertama kali kami menginap. Terutama kamar sudah banyak yg harus diperbaiki. Kamar mandi beberapa spot dindingnya ada hitam2nya, tidak disediakan handuk muka. Lantai parket ada beberapa bagian yang sudah renggang. Meja juga sudah terlihat ada retakan. Untuk Pool, agak susah untuk menghubungi petugas pool, karena kemungkinan kami menginap di minggu ke senin, jadi petugas tidak ada yg standby di pool. Kasurnya pun sudah terasa amblas, terutama di pinggir tengah. Plusnya kami bisa request gratis birthday slice cake dan lokasi hotel sangat strategis, mudah di jangkau, karena memang di jantung kotanya karawang dan ke mall tinggal jalan kaki. Oh ya terakhir untuk kulkas tidak dingin, lapor ke pihak hotel langsung diganti dengan kulkas lain, tanpa memeriksa kulkas yg sebelumnya tidak dingin. Di resepsionis sedang dilakukan pekerjaan, jadi ketika proses check in diselingi dengan suara duk dak duk dak. Overall Mercure Karawang standart saja sih, semua staff nya ramah ramah.

Always a good stay in Mercure Karawang, to visit the nearby outlet mall, The Grand Outlet. Eateries nearby makes this a very convenient hotel.

設備　サービス共にとても良いです。 環境保護の為か、水は廊下にあるサーバーへ汲みにいかなければならないのが残念。 廊下にサーバーがあるのは、衛生面でいかがなものかと個人的には思います。 サーバーの衛生管理が悪いと、雑菌が沸いてしまうのが心配なので次回はコンビニで、水を買って宿泊しようと思う。

Hotel gave very noisy room which is already staff knowing this room is noisy room due to air circulation ducts. Finally I have to change room again.
