美國酒店通病…環境設施都一般吧，床挺舒服，窗子挺大景觀還可以。但是最最最無語的是前台不熟悉業務導致房間拖延了很久也沒能夠順利辦理入住。

Worst hotel ever ..I booked 2 queens bed room . But they offered me 1 kings bed room . Because I checked in late ….Ridiculous.. never come back again .

I went there for a conference. The location is great as it’s close to New York and a shopping mall with the amazing Paradox Museum, restaurants, etc. All was fine.

Stayed here with my daughter while we explored American dream mall ,room was very nice and clean with amazing views of the mall and the city .. staff is very nice and helpful!Will def be staying there again!

The man at the front desk Sunday morning was VERY rude to me and my guest when we simply asked about breakfast. He was talking in another language with someone on speaker phone very loudly as I stood waiting for him to acknowledge me. He just continued to ignore me and there was no one else to help. When I asked about breakfast he didn’t even look up at me, he just waved his finger at me like I was a child. Same exact scenario with my mother 15 minutes later. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant but he pretty much ruined it for us.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our last minute stay at this hotel. Staff were amazing. Room very clean and open. I will definitely visit again.
