Regent House is a bespoke three-story Georgian Townhouse built in 1816. Your family will be greeted with a unique blend of period elegance with the comforts of modern luxury. Regent house is in a quiet, yet central location, steps from the beautiful harbour. There’s something to keep everyone happy, from the wide choice of classic board games, connect to our fibre-optic superfast broadband (67MPS), or just sit back and relax with our log-burning fire and enjoy the latest unlimited Disney+. *Regent House is ideally located* - 30 seconds to the local Spar and Delicatessen. - 30 seconds to the historic harbour. - 1-minute walk to the oldest pub in Looe. -2-minute walk from a Michelin-approved fish restaurant. -10-minute walk to East Looe beach. -15-minute walk to the start of the South West Coast path from Hannifore. *Key features of the house* -Secure digital keyless lock entrance. -Smart Ulta HD TVs and complimentary access to Disney +. -Fast-connected fibreoptic broadband (67MPS). - Expansive kitchen with breakfast bar. -Luxury bedding with award-winning mattresses in every room. -Period features include sash windows, a spectacular ornate ceiling, and an original Georgian tiled floor. - Nest learning thermostat linked through Alexa voice command. -Complimentary toiletries. -Travel cot and highchair. -Log burning fire. -Selection of classic games and books. - A pillow menu (100% microfibre "feels like down" pillows on all the beds, 2X memory foam bamboo pillows from Panda, and 2X premium goose feather pillows). Regent house comfortably sleeps six *Master bedroom* The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an En-Suite cloakroom. Luxury individually selected thread count bedding and an award-winning mattress. Complete with smart TV and Alexa. The in-built wardrobe has ample hanging space for two. Also, the room has a large chest of drawers with a hairdryer for additional storage space. *Double room* The second bedroom is classically decorated with a feature fireplace, smart TV, and award-winning mattress with luxury bedding. The room has plenty of storage with an in-built cupboard and bespoke open hanging rail. A hairdryer is also available in this room. *Bedroom Three* This room has two comfy single beds, a centrally located chest of drawers, and an open hanging rail under the eves. It has a small wall-mounted TV with a fire stick. Head height restrictions. Guest access- Parking There isn’t a private car parking space linked to the property, but several options are available. Millpool Long Stay car park (PL132AF) on Polperro road, it’s the largest car park in the town (964 spaces). The Millpool car park is an 8-minute walk from the property. This also has a 24h electrical charging station on site. Hannafore has free on-street parking and is a ten-minute walk from the property. Princes Square ( 50 yards from the property) also is the only Square in West Looe to have 16 free parking spaces on a first-come-first-served basis. West Looe Quay is super convenient if you need a spot next to the property, but don’t intend to stay for too long. They also offer free spaces through the winter months (October-March). You can park your car outside the property for unloading only.
