This is a family style motel, great deal ticket to Dutch Wonderland and convenient to walk over. Lots of flies and knats in our room on the first floor. Safe didn’t work in any of 3 rooms we had. Restaurant couldn’t accommodate guests as it was short staff.
But Nice pool for the kids. Air conditioner was good. Bathrooms were clean. Beds were fairly comfortable. Overall if you’re not too particular it was a fun weekend for the grandkids. Lots of eating options nearby.

The room itself was decent. The arcade was full of broken machines, we could only use 1 of them and spent way too much on our pre-paid arcade cards - thinking we would be able to spend a nice chunk of time playing games.. disappointing. The splash pad and outdoor facilities were not open yet. We did go to the indoor pool, which was very overcrowded and had no place to sit. The food was good - no issues there. By the time we made it to the cartoon room, it was trashed and there wasn't really anything there we could do. It was empty - no papers to color, no coloring utensils..
Our trip was for my daughter's birthday. It was incredibly overpriced for what little we got to enjoy there.

Great experience! The hotel had two swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, and a very cool splash pad. Lots of lifeguards to keep an eye out, and monitor the slide. The hot tub was for 16 and above. I enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub! Great seating areas for families. We squeezed in some Uno there. The fire pits were a welcome addition, and encouraged time to talk, away from electronics. Rooms were a little small and no microwave or bathtub. Customer service was excellent! We requested additional towels and pillows and received them immediately. The breakfast buffet was well stocked, good customer service! The character breakfast had only one character. The gift shop was well stocked. Good activities for the kids, in addition. The coffee shop was very good! We enjoyed our stay!

My 11 year- old was ecstatic about the game room and cartoon decor; she’d give the hotel two thumbs up. My husband and I aren’t sure we’d stay again. The carpet was very musty. I had to run out to Target for an air freshener. The bathroom is in desperate need of updating. The shower floor and grout looked dirty… at the very least there needs to be a good bleach cleaning. The location was convenient and the bunk beds were a plus. Since there isn’t a closet, please provide more hangers. There also need to be more hooks for hanging towels Overall, not sure I can get past the smell and old bathrooms so would not recommend. Do better!

We joined with our 4 year old for 1 night, and found this hotel a lot of fun! We would definitely stay again. We got a ton of value out of the entire stay, including the ticket deal with Dutch Wonderland and early access, the discounts at Dutch Wonderland, the arts and crafts/activities during the day, and the pools. We had zero issues with check in, check out, and our stay, and the staff was quite friendly and attentive. The one issue I might point out was that breakfast service was not fantastic. Quite slow and not really any healthy options (e.g., veggies, whole wheat toast, oatmeal, etc). Overall though we loved the vibe and were very happy with the value.

Arrived after driving three hours with a young child to learn they cancelled our reservation when the card on file didn’t go through. No one contacted us, they simply cancelled the reservation. Only solution was one night available; we booked over a month ago for two. Unhelpful, rude, argumentative staff that insisted it’s our fault due to the card. We’ve traveled all over and have never before had this happen. We booked another hotel in the lobby and said staff followed us out to see if we were cancelling. Cancelling what? What a joke.

Amazing experience. Will definitely return. Staff was friendly, helpful and well trained. Berna is the GOAT 🐐 Pool and splash pad open. Plenty of seating. Kids' activities were fun. Room was clean and comfortable. Didn't even have to ask for Gumball 🔥
