Sundial Villa ~ Whole Home ~ sleeps 6 - 12

Home in paradise I can't speak highly enough of Karen and her communication throughout the rental process! We booked this rental villa to share with my parents (who stayed on the Conch half of the property) and my family (myself and husband, with 3 young kids, who stayed on the Flamingo half of the property.) Middle Caicos is a dream, and being able to stay on the island is ideal to have time to experience all of its hidden gems. This villa was so well stocked with all of the household essentials. The kitchen has all the utensils, dishes, cookware, spices, and extras like paper towels, ziplock bags, etc that you could need. The property has a UV filtration system and all the water is potable, which is a lifesaver for not needing to purchase extra water. There are plenty of towels and other miscellaneous beach toys to enjoy your stay. We loved being able to walk right to our own private beach-front area , and we took full advantage of morning and evening walks along the beach. The mosquitos do come out at night, but bug spray and baby oil keep them at bay, especially if you keep moving! We had no issues with bugs getting into the home at all. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay on a beautiful island. Karen was so helpful with my questions and always had quick response-time through VRBO. She also had helpful recommendations for anything we needed info about for local excursions. We hope to come back again in the future!

Our favorite Caribbean getaway Love this home! This is the second time we’ve been here. We rented the entire home for the week. Both sides are Well equipped. The only complaint would be the noseeums, use baby oil will keep ‘em away. This home is waaaaay out…if you want to feel like you have an island to yourself …this is it!
