When came to the room, there's no towels and floor mat provided, so you have to ask for it. The building seems to be old. Taste for the food was so-so. The most problem was about the floor drain. It couldn't absorb quickly, then the water floods everywhere.

Nginep disini beberapa tahun yg lalu OK, tp sekarang untuk yg kedua kalinya sangat kecewa semua nya turun drastis mulai dari kebersihan, sarapannya digiring di ballroom kayak org lg hajatan hehe, lift nya horor jedag jedug ampun dah....
Management kayaknya lg empot2an, di dpn hotel terpampang spanduk masih nunggak pajak.

Once booking Already requested side by side But actual separate quite far. At receptionist requested but no available. The hotel’s pictures in trip.com was the old one, actual quite different. One of room no refrigerator. The towel and door mate for 4rooms that we booked has not ready till 5pm (we requested for many times). Swimming pool also small and crowded. But the location if hotel is good. The Car parking is quite small But they offer free Valey parking

Ternyata kamar suite itu connecting semua, bikin ga nyaman. Pertama dapet kamar yg berdebu sampe idung dan mata gatel bgt dan bau apek. Plus kamar sebelah berisik bgt. Udah 3x komplen ke resepsionis tapi tetep aja berisik. Sampe akhirnya jam stengah 1 malem minta pindah kamar karna bener2 kami ga bisa tidur. Pindahan dalam keadaan hamil tua + suami gendong2 anak. Sedih rasanya 😆 Udah gtu yg minta maaf cuma yang bantu bawain tas pas pindah kamar sama mas2 resepsionis yg angkat telpon pertama doang.
Hikmahnya, kamar kedua yg kami dapet udaranya lebih fresh, wangi, dan bersih. Udah gtu dikasih late check out sebagai kompensasi pindahan tengah malem. Airnya kurang panas, tapi masih gpp.
Sama ada satu mba resepsionis yang kurang ramah deh, yang satunya ramah bgt 😊
Saya jarang bgt kasih review panjang, tapi kali ini pengen bgt rasanya hehe.

Hotel is run down. The door has so many stuff marks. The carpet was not vacuumed. Sheets seem unclean. Towels were off white. No soap trays. So many nail holes on wall.

Very old hotel and run down. Cleanliness is bad. Yellowish pillow case and dirty carpet . Wouldn’t recommend unless you have no choice .

I want to write an honest and serious review. This Amaroossa Royal Bogor hotel is terrible and in a poor state. It does not deserve its current rating.
I want to complain that the money I spent was totally not worth it, I felt cheated.
The room is very old, it smells dusty and unhygienic. The water tap was loose and broken. The towel is dirty, stained and old. The shower tap is also old and not properly fixed.
The room was not properly cleaned, I can still see someone's hair on the chair in the room.
All I did was just to lie on the bed, could not sleep well. I rested as much as I could and checked out at 6.00am next day.
Terrible experience.
