Amazing customer service. The lady at the front desk greeted us with enthusiasm and professionalism with a personable vibe.

Overall this is a nicely located hotel and we did enjoy our stay. Good - The rooms are big and quiet. Ours was in the original building and we couldn't hear a peep outside our walls. Balcony off the room is great. The outdoor hot tub is very nice to watch a sunset and hang out. Beach area had plenty of chairs and loungers. The fire pits were very nice Breakfast was average for any hotel. Also really liked that each entry door had card key access. Bad - cleanliness throughout. The bathroom floor in the room was not mopped. The carpeted floor was stained. Cobwebs and dust on surfaces. The bedding and pillows were not comfortable. The outdoor pool is in need of repair as well as some siding that is falling off the side of the building.

The service was amazing! Great people at the front desk, breakfast room, and our favorite was the shuttle bus driver (Susie). My daughter wants to stay another night just to talk to her again :) Rooms were clean, beach was beautiful and had fire pits, updates to the resort are very nice, and the food at breakfast was pretty good. We didn’t get to use the pools but they looked nice and clean, decent size too. We will be back!

Decent hotel but we had a room next to the indoor pool - noise from pool guests and an air conditioner that struggled to cool the room (perhaps due to pool humidity) detracted from our stay. On a return visit, I would probably choose a different hotel in the area.

My parents and I stayed here for a week. First starting with the good: customer service at front desk and breakfast buffet. Water, tea, and coffee were typically available all day. Friendly staff. Room was sufficient with a nice bathroom with lots of counter space. The shower was nice. There was also a separate sink and coffee area outside the bathroom. We had a balcony too with a nice view. The beach was nice and well maintained with plenty of seating. The not so good: morning buffet was typically out of something (pancakes, muffins, etc). It was also out of the cherry flavored coffee 2 mornings which was my favorite. We had tiny ants in our room. We told the front desk and they sent someone to spray right away but that did not take care of the ants. There were also spiders on the balcony. We never had enough towels and had to frequently ask for more. We also had to request housekeeping every day because they only provide it every 3 or 4 days. The carpet was stained in the room and I doubt it was vacuumed during our stay. The outdoor pool did not seem heated and the bathroom at the pool was out of order our whole stay. The shower at the pool also didn't work.

We paid $375/night ($25 for a resort fee) for an absolute dump of a room. The floor board was warped, paint peeling, stained towels. The pool is not particularly nice, the beach is nice and I got excited about the paddleboard but the oar was broken and it had no fins rendering it unusable. After a lot of fighting with them they upgraded us for part of our stay to a nicer room ($450/night) which was better but definitely not worth the price. We paid less at the Delamar- smaller room but such a better hotel and amenities. We ended up moving down the street to the bay watch hotel which was cheaper and soooo much nicer. Save your money and stay far away!
