Cheap and basic but get a good night's sleep. Friendly staff. It's basic but if you are looking for a cheap gettaway with absolutely no frills this meets the bill. On a busy bus route into Leicester so great transport links. Fish and chips, Pizza etc nearby. I needed a few days rest and this did the job.

Don't expect much!! This was a last minute booking, I didn't expect much for the price but got less than low expectations. I've stayed in many a tiered hotel, but with the check-in via the bar, the walk though to room was sented with cannibis and the room was in a state of disrepair. I got the impression that the hotel was used for the homless, which isn't an issue but the rooms aren't what a paying guest should get. It was really disappointing as a little investment and it could be a nice place to stay.

Great place to stay It was my first trip alone, i felt safe , the oweners were amazing, so kind nothing was to much trouble they went out their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable, the bar down stairs had a lovely friendly atmosphere, my room was clean and comfortable, i had everything i needed, i will definatly be staying again.

Nice staff Wife andi stayed for one night . The young receptionist was lovely and enthusiastic running from rooms to bar to reception. And thanks for the free drink on arrival! Definitely put a positive on the hotel.

Do not stay here It was awful the room was disgusting

Worst I had booked a double room hotel which had been labels their comfort room however nothing about this room was remotely comforting instead I had gotten a singal bed with a very hard mattress so me and my partner had the worst night's sleep of our lives and I'm pregnant. The toilet seat was broken and upon using hurt myself. The check in counter was closed so didn't know who to talk to that night. This morning the day after I tried to politely speak to staff about these issues not for the sake of a refund but to make them aware of the issues before another traveler hurts them self. However the man I spoke to quickly became verbally aggressive and refused to listen and started shouting at me instead. The only staff member who seemed remotely nice a professional was the lady I spoke to. However the way the man had spoken to me was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional.

Avoid A filthy hotel, bathroom was dirty, main room bin was not even emptied from the previous guests visit

This hotel does not exist. It closed down at some point in the last 6 months and they have stolen my booking fee (which they charged me for on the 1st of October). I am currently looking at seeking legal action against this hotel and the booking site unless they refund me and provide compensation for the extra hotel we had to pay for at the last minute.

Booked the hote l in April through Agoda for a trip planned in October. Got a booking confirmation, and the payment went out on the day we were due to book in. Arrived at 2pm to find the hotel boarded up! Called Oyo customer services, who tried to ring reception. Oddly enough they couldn't get through! I was told my call was being escalated, and I'd be called back. At 4pm I received an email from Agoda cancelling my booking and offering help with finding somewhere else. I'm still waiting for Oyo to call me back, 3 days later.

The hotel got repossessed when I was a guest and I wasn’t allowed to get my things until the last minute

Property was a "Budget" Hotel, hence the price.. Situated on the corner of main road, with car parking at back, checked in at 1pm no problem, checked out at 0330 next morning for work... Rooms very basic, but bed was clean and shower bathroom was adequate for my needs.. Seemed safe enough, sturdy lock on the door, I found no problem with the booking, as new this was a very basic hotel.. Pubs/takeaways/restaurants within walking distance, absolutely no problems (but won't suit everyone). Staff were pleasant.

Do not stay here the whole place needs knocking down. So many awful things about this hotel but heres just a few: No lift Stains on bedding Cracked sink Dirty shower Paper thin walls I have never stayed anywhere so bad
