Friendly and helpful staff. Location is a short drive from everything. Hotel is on a 5 lane road but traffic was always light and getting in and out was easy. We would stay here again. Trip advisor requires 200 characters. Is this enough? 4 more

Booked a room here for two nights. Hotel failed to disclose I was given the only SMOKING room. I’m allergic to cigarettes. Room was also unclean. Sticky substance on bathroom floor. AND AC unit not working. Just awful. This is a failure of management and a potential health liability issue. Will be filing complaints.

I just want to congratulate Charles for the over the top service he is a wonderful asset to the Hilton family my stay was wonderful so… Thank you again for a great stay! I’ll be coming back to stay here!

The hotel is very clean breakfast is very good.The staff is always ready to help you with anything you need.I stay at the hotel for 90 for my job and I feel like home always.the rooms very clean I will go back

First of all this hotel was charging upwards to 300.00 a night. There was no microwave in the rooms. A very small fridge and they always were short of clean towels. The hotel had no hot water for two days during my stay

The customer service here was great, everyone I encountered was always friendly and welcoming. The property is also well kept. One issue though was the front desk was never staffed. EVERY single time, from the night I arrived, to the day I checked out, the front desk was empty every time I passed and we had to ring the bell to get someone to the desk. I would’ve stayed my entire 63 nights if the hotel was more conducive to extended stays. I was here for work and the fact that the rooms did not have a stove or even a small stovetop as well as a full fridge, was less than ideal. I did not feel comfortable eating takeout for 63 days, so I switched to the Marriott which had a 2 burner stovetop and full fridge. The breakfast was the only bright side to the food issue, which was usually pretty good with a decent amount of options. Another factor in my early departure was having only 1 washer and dryer to service the entire hotel, which was very inconvenient. I would always have to wait to do laundry because either the machine was in use or someone left their clothes in it. As for my room, I had 1 of the suites and was pretty satisfied with it except for the fact that the blinds in both the living room and bedroom did not work. I pointed it out to a front desk staff and he said, “they’ve always had an issue with the blinds in that room”. Why has it not been fixed if it’s not a new problem? I wanted to be able to enjoy some sunlight on my days off while relaxing in my room. The room service was good on days it was provided and the 3 set days offered were more than sufficient. However, EVERY single week of the 3 weeks I was there, my room was not cleaned 1 of the 3 days it was supposed to be(the do not disturb sign was NOT on the door). Twice on a Monday, which isn’t so bad because the next cleaning day is Wednesday, but the other was a Friday which meant no service from the last clean on Wednesday until Monday. Paying $284 per night, $20,000+ in total needed to come with a little more

Never accommodating to the guests. Over charging for per night when a government is required. Charging over 300% more. Hotel claims to have microwaves in the room but didn’t have one at all. Had to put my name on a list and wait for one that would be available. The fitness center is horrible. Treadmills weren’t working and not repaired in a timely manner.

I stayed there recently on July 2022. $450 USD the night. Most of the time there was trash outside the elevator on the third floor. They said the hotel was full, it doesn't justify more resources?. The staff is friendly. In general needs more maintenance.

Fast check in, friendly service, breakfast surprisingly good for a hotel chain in the US. Maybe use less plastic in the breakfast area. Same Hotel across the border in MX offers real plates and dishes.
