乾淨整潔，舒適度高

酒店硬件太舊，尤其是沒有空調，雖然氣温不很高，但是很悶的情況下沒有空調很難入睡！最後問前台要了個老式風扇才勉強堅持下來。

離火車站步行10分鐘路程，周圍超市很多，公交車站/地鐵站就在附近。還是可以的酒店。路口對面有個越南飯館，吃了兩天還是不錯。

設施服務都很好，停車費便宜方便，距離步行街200米，離老街也就1000米出頭，對於喜歡啤酒的人是個合適的選擇

Otelin konumu mükemmel. Havaalanından tek otobüsle ulaşım mümkün. Şehrin önemli yerlerine yürüyerek max 20 dakikada ulaşıyorsunuz. Bize verilen oda güzeldi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Tek eksiklik terlik bulunmamasıydı. Bu basit şey odada geçirdiğiniz zamanda ve banyoda konforu çok düşürüyor. Ayrıca saunaya terlikle giriş mecburiyeti varken terlik verilmemesi biraz ironik. Çalışanlara çok teşekkür ederim.

Wenn das Hotel ein 3Sterne Hotel wäre, würde ich es als gut weiterempfehlen. Es ist aber 4 Sterne, und da passt einiges nicht: Schimmel im Bad an drr Wanne Wasserhahn an der Wanne ohne Funktion Toilettendeckel zerbrochen Klospülung schaltet nicht ab(man muss durch drücken und klopfen nachhelfen) Teppiche im Flur total dreckig und fleckig Das Reinigungspersonal hat mehrfach unsere 3/4 vollen Wasserflaschen entsorgt und in privaten Sachen gewühlt Am Tresen in der Lobby-Bar darf man sich nicht festhalten, der Tresen fällt sonst um, ist zerbrochen. In der Bar fehlen die normalsten Getränke, wie Rum etc. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, kann sich aber scheinend gegen die Geschäftsleitung nicht durchsetzen.

Hotel needs renewals The hotel needs a general renewal. Is somehow stinky. It doesn’t have a laundry service, ant it is a problem when you are on a buz trip. Breakfast is poor and low quality; doesnt expect it in a 4 stars hotel, having paid 279,00€ x night.

Upon checking in at 2:30 PM, we were horrified to discover our room felt like a freezer—all windows were wide open in -3°C weather, the radiators were off, and the space was utterly frigid. To make matters worse, the room was visibly dirty (especially the bathtub, which had stains and grime), the bedside lamp was broken, and the bed was uncomfortably stiff with only a thin summer blanket provided—completely inadequate for the freezing temperatures. Unable to tolerate the cold, we left the room and waited hours, hoping it would warm up. By 11 PM, with no improvement, I requested an extra blanket at reception. The staff member responded with inexplicable rudeness, asking intrusive questions before dismissively agreeing to help. After waiting 40 minutes, no blanket arrived. I returned twice more, enduring another 15-minute wait and a final 5-minute standoff, only to receive two blankets over an hour later. The entire night was unbearable. The icy room, filthy bathroom (which made showering unthinkable), and lack of basic comfort turned what should have been a restful stay into a sleepless nightmare. The hotel’s neglect is staggering—it feels abandoned, mismanaged, and staffed by indifferent personnel. Avoid this place at all costs. I’ve never encountered such appalling service or conditions in any accommodation, ever.

It was the most terrible hotel I've ever stayed. 1. I booked a twin room with a bath tub for 3 days but staff said there is no bath tub in this hotel. (Even I showed them my booking reference and written ''twin room and bath tab'') 2. I couldn't close the window properly. The lock was broken. 3. Breakfast was cancelled on day 1 because there is no staff (sick off). 4. I couldn't sleep well as walls are too thin and noisy. No lights in the bathroom on day 2, and finally they changed my room to twin bed with bath tub which I actually booked (so it does exist then). I haven't got refund for the room and on day 1 breakfast yet. It's a shame because the area was so convenient but I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

War nett aber nicht wirklich sauber!

Mit der U-Bahn, die direkt vor dem Hotel gelegen ist, kommt man schnell von A nach B. Es ist nicht Super-Zentrale, aber zentral genug, um schnell in die Altstadt oder zur Königsallee zu kommen. Personal ist gut, das Frühstück Standard, das Zimmer, was wir dieses Mal hatten ein Traum.

Ein sauberes Hotel mit nettem Personal Das Zimmer war sauber, das Hotel ist haustierfreundlich und die Lage nahe der Altstadt ist sehr gut. Es war ruhig in der Seitenstrasse und einen Parkplatz hatten wir auch. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Soweit alles sehr gut. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war umfangreich, warm und kalt, süss und herzhaft, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Aber ein paar Sachen hätte ich doch erwartet, wie Brötchen vom Bäcker oder richtiges Brot, keine Aufbackware. Alles in allem sind die 4 Sterne schon eine Zeit lang her, würde ich sagen. Nichtsdestotrotz, das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis war ok.

Helt ok hotell Helt greit hotell. Men ingen AC/vifte. Ingen minibar.
