非常失望的入住體驗！ 我在這家酒店住了一晚，早上退房時因為趕火車匆忙，耳機（白色）落在了枕頭旁邊。剛上火車立刻發現忘帶，馬上給酒店打電話詢問，結果酒店工作人員直接回復“沒有”，之後再打電話詢問，依然是“沒有”。 首先，這家酒店的清潔人員是如何打掃房間的？床頭附近的物品都不會檢查？還是説有人拿走了，卻不願意歸還？這種情況我住過無數酒店從未遇到，衹有在這家酒店發生，酒店的管理和工作人員的誠信讓人質疑。 作為同等規格的酒店，這樣的服務水平實在是令人失望。丟失物品或許是我個人的疏忽，但酒店在處理此類問題上的態度極其不負責任，完全沒有任何幫助或者積極尋找的意願。如果你在意自己的物品安全，千萬別住這家酒店！ Extremely Disappointing Experience! I stayed at this hotel for a night, and in the morning, I accidentally left my white earphones next to the pillow when I checked out in a rush to catch a train. As soon as I got on the train and realized I had forgotten them, I immediately called the hotel to check if they had been found. The response? A flat “No.” I called again later, and the answer was still “No.” First of all, how does the hotel’s cleaning staff operate? Do they not check the area around the bed properly? Or did someone take them and refuse to return them? I’ve stayed in countless hotels of similar standards, and I have never encountered this issue before—only at this hotel. This raises serious concerns about the hotel’s management and the integrity of its staff. While it may have been my mistake to forget my earphones, the way the hotel handled the situation was completely irresponsible. There was no effort to help, no attempt to investigate—just an instant dismissal. If you care about the security of your belongings, DO NOT stay at this hotel!

空港直結でアクセスがとても便利なホテルです。 冷蔵庫、ケトルがなく不便でしたが、空港に24時間オープンしているのでなんとかなります。
