Чудесный персонал, всегда готовый прийти на помощь. Очень удобная кровать и подушки. Большой номер (у меня был люкс), есть всё необходимое для работы и отдыха. Было очень приятно получать комплименты от отеля, чувствовалась искренняя и теплая забота.

Персонал на ресепшн очень вежливый. Хорошая, удобная кровать и подушки, в номере чисто, удобно, питание не плохое. Удобно что есть салон красоты, работают профессионалы. Во время конференции было жарко, мощности кондиционеров не хватало.

I have stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Dushanbe for for 6 months over the last 3 years. My most recent stay was 9/6/24 to 11/16/24. This is a great place to stay. The staff from the reservations/front desk(Bunafsha, Max,Rasul, and Zulkifl) are first rate. The restaurant and bar offer great selections and five star service. The staff ( Nurinisso, Munisa, Azamat, Kumron,Navruz,Yasmina, Ruslan, Maqsad and the chef) will do everything possible to make your meals memorable. There is also a fantastic housekeeping staff (Gulnora and others) to ensure that your room is spotless every sing day. There is also a large and well equipped gym, pool and spa. I am looking forward to my next stay at the Hyatt.
