As a touring musician, I have stayed at upscale hotels worldwide, and this might be my favorite ANYWHERE. VERY comfortable, quiet rooms. The facility is beautiful and welcoming inside and out with a sharp, modern design

The best hotel and ambience is great. the food is excellent and the comfort is very high nature. the restuarant was of very homely environment. i recharged myself during my stay. the TV and internet connection was superb and there was no disturbance at all. the staff were courteous and hospitable. the tarrif and rates of food was very reasonable.

Comfortable and Clean. Behaviour of staffs behaviour was very good. specially Nivedita and Pankaj were very humble. Food were excellent. Restaurant area was very clean. Location is also very good. Room was quite. All over very nice experiences.

Property is Very well maintained....... Nice set of staff, all are helpful and smiling, cheerful.... Good hospitality from receptionist Food is also very tasty......... Everything was good Liked the stay overall and highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay with very cordial & friendly staff.... can name Nibedita , Anamika, pankaj , in the front office especially... The rooms were also impeccable, and food ordered through room service was delicious. Will definitely recommend to anyone...

Celebrated a birthday party. Arrangement was fantastic. They have decorated the table as per my request. The food was awesome. The staffs are very courteous and gentle the service was very fast. Thyey are very attaintive specially Ujjal, Prahlad, and Samir.

The ambience is pretty good. food was good with variety of options and specially the desert section.Thanks to your staff members awesome hospitality like ujjal, apurba, Azahar and chef sujit.Its my 5 th time and I have had a decent experience with my family and friends

The food is very amazing , varied cuisines are available. The desserts are especially mourn watering . The hospitality by the staff is commendable and the service too is very quick . Staff like Ujjal Dutta make us feel at home . Thank you so much Fortune park for the amazing experience

Had Dinner at Orchid, Spread was awesome esp Sweets and Salads, Special Mention for Sujit Chef, who made special dish on request and was lovely and also Ujjal and Soumojit, overall was excellent experience. Will definitely recommend the same

This is my first time in this property its too comfortable. If i will come next time for any work i will definitely go their. And their all staff specially reception and restaurant area's they are too good to polite. I took a spa first te in this property also, their service to relaxing and refreshing. Thank you😊

It was overall excellent and the staff behavior and food quality and the ambience was excellent too. The behavior of the staff subhadip was excellent, very good. He was very attentive and takes care of my every need. So overall it was a heartwarming Experience over here. Hope to visit soon
