My family and I checked in on the 31st Jan for 5 nights and I couldn't be more happy with our stay, the staff were all so friendly, the apartment was so clean and the host is so helpful and friendly too. The apartment is conveniently located central to every shop you need, all within walking distance. I would recommend this property to everyone. I hope to stay here again in the near future. Thank you so much for such a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Wonderful apartment, clean and neat. Central to everywhere if you want to site see. We had a great breakfast the next morning downstairs.

Very nice stay. Everything was good. Only issue I had was the door entry from the elevator was difficult to open. Everything else was perfect.

I am serious people, I am short of putting up photo frames and leaving my toothbrush in the room I normally stay in :-)) Heritage Square Apartments has become my de facto choice for accommodation (personal and professional) in Cape Town. Bianca (in particular) alongside the rest of the team has been extremely accommodating and helpful in meeting my requirements and needs - as and how they change. They do this with easy and take real pleasure in their service to their patrons. Their WiFi connectivity is also some of the most stable and well performing ones for such establishments.

The flat had all the basics and was spacious. Check-in was good and friendly. Secure parking and good location. Nice big balcony. I liked the living room and kitchen. The bathroom felt small and a bit dated.

Had a great stay at the property. The place was clean, neat and beautifully decorated. The staff were always smiling and willing to assist. Overall excellent service. I have one suggestion. We have a 2 months old so.we requested a cot. The only available cot was slightly broken and also didn't have all the pieces that allowed us to elevate the base so that our baby could sleep on it. I would recommend this anyone looking a place to stay.
