The location was amazing. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach.

It is a very beautiful, neat, clean more that what we expected, we enjoyed our stay there and I certainly going to the same place for our next vacation. The service was out of very good, unfortunately we ddnt get the chance to eat there.but next time we make sure we do 😊😊😊

Perhaps the room service ladies could be nicer. The attitude is not welcoming at all. Breakfast is just limited to two choices which I wasn't happy about because there was so much I couldn't even eat.. the front desk is ok. Lounge and bar looks good. Will I be going back there? My answer is only if I run out of options then I could.

Beautiful hotel

The front staff is unprofessional, the rooms are smelly, beds are sunken toiletries are supplied for one guest, tea /coffee condiments lack variety, the worst hotel experience ever.The reception area needs a total revamp as well as the elevators to the rooms.

Pavilion hotel is you next holiday home The hotel was soo clean,I was very satisfied with our room. The rooms were cleaned n linens changed on daily basis. We really enjoyed our stay there. To top it up the hotel is just a walk away from the beach.

Great service Service was great and staff were accomodating and friendly. Rooms were clean and had a rwlaxing atmosphere.

High level of unprofessionalism.Poor service. Wasted 3 hour trying to sort a misunderstanding between pavillion hotel and agent.I did recieve a confirmation that everything was in order because I booked two months before my stay.Disappoining,my booking was canceled at the last hour.I ended up crying alone in the reception area.I was late for the show.The matter was sorted after 3 hours of endless phone calls and unnecessary arguments.I was so hurt.Improve your communication skills between you and agents.
