"Not actually staying in the hotel, but using the hotel owned property 1a, situated down the road from the hotel in the very picturesque village of Dunster. The property was well presented and spacious rooms, with a quiet atmosphere and very clean. Excellent service from all, meals were very well cooked and presented, especially on the last night we were there (The oven Baked Chicken Breast, with a creamy mushroom sauce) was excellent!!! Excellent value for money! The whole atmosphere was very friendly!"

The fruit salad alone was a standout: thoughtfully selected, perfectly balanced, and presented with real care. A sincere thank you to Pete and Karen for such a memorable stay. There’s very little to fault. Some might mention the parking, but we had no trouble at all. In fact, the absence of early-morning engine noise and fumes was a welcome luxury - far preferable to the usual comings and goings."
