I stayed at the hotel for a week and it was a very comfortable stay. The rooms had everything needed and was lovely and warm. The beds were also very comfortable. The housekeeping staff came daily. It was very clean. The bar attached provided a good service and the food was also very nice. Will definitely stay there again

Someone (with a keycard) walked into the bedroom before we had checked out. I complained to the front desk and they said they would investigate and come back to me and they havent. I find this a major concern given my partner was still in bed so its a significant security breach.

This hotel is the worst premier inn I've stayed at. Rooms where not fully furnished like other hotels in the chain. Both breakfast and evening meals where luke warm at best. No service with a smile. Workmen out side the room window banging and operating machines at 8am waking everybody up. Woke up on last day to find Flat tyre on my car due to workmens screw. I found the exact same screws lying around the carpark. After putting the spare on it cost me £40 to get fixed before driving home. Won't be going back...

I chose this hotel prior to a flight from Luton airport the following morning it's actually quite a distance from the airport so make sure you leave a lot earlier than expected if you are using this for that reason as there is a lot of traffic enroute there is no lift at the hotel so the poor receptionist helped me up 4 flights of stairs to my room with my suitcase there are limited parking spaces so make sure you arrive early to get one and the carpark is shared with the restaurant customers as well other than that it's just the usual typical premier inn

Great stay. The reception staff were very helpful, really welcoming and friendly. Great breakfast and evening meal, staff in the restaurant are very friendly also. Room was nice and clean and bed was very comfy. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Banging fire door outside Premier Plus room 23 on a regular basis until 2am. Might have been staff walking about. Also likely to affect people in rooms 20, 21 and 22. Nice new room though. Beefeater had run out of a lot of foods on the evening menu. Overall disappointing

Very good. We were in the new premier plus room. Usual great bed. Coffee pod machine which was great, however, there were no pods available to top up once we used the initial four. Chocolate bars were a nice touch. The velour coat hangers were good and matched the classy decor.The shower was very large but I did miss a bath. There was dim lighting to use in case you needed to use the bathroom during the night.The staff from reception to cleaners were friendly and professional. A great place

Staff are always so helpful and friendly and handled the drama of no kitchen and restaurant for part of our stay with calmness and very helpful once kitchen could reopen,no hassle sorting our refund.Restaurant staff all helpful and hardworking

WiFi never works, ultimate WiFi doesn’t exist, every week you get told it’s sorted ! restaurant was closed all week with no information to when it would re-open. Rooms are very good ( premier + ) Staff friendly, car park not great, very clean hotel.
