Majoituspaikan vastaus: That is correct, we do not have an elevator for just the one level. Staff are happy to assist with luggage upon request, all you have to do is ask :) Also very true, we are On Top Backpackers, for backpackers. Strictly an R18 accommodation provider and do not offer family rooms. Please familiarize yourself with room type, description and amenities prior to booking a room in the future as nowhere does it state that those things are offered within each room. There is however a fully equip kitchen all guests have access to 24/7. No eating or drinking is commonsense and courtesy, the rooms are for a good nights rest, kitchen/dining is for meals. We at times have had inconsiderate guests making a mess, spoiling the lovely facilities by spilling down walls and carpets, staining bedding, which makes it very unpleasant for the cleaners and incoming arrivals. The complimentary breakfast is free, meaning you do not pay for it. As a kind gesture from the owner, you do not have to opt in if you do not like what is on offer. Unsure what you mean by transfer fee? We do not offer any airport services just recommend businesses who do so :) We hope you enjoyed Dunedin and there were some positives from your stay with usCheers, On top

We often have a tough time at check in having to explain the processes we have in place to ensure the security standard so receiving positive feedback for our efforts is greatly appreciated :) All the very best

Majoituspaikan vastaus: Hi Alexandra, our hostel was built less than 20 years ago, we replace duvet inners and pillows every year, have had new charging shelves installed by the bunks, we have re-painted and re-carpeted the rooms recently. We offer free breakfast and unlimited fibre wifi. for 30 per night we don't see how this satisfies "outdated"We have a policy that guests are to be quiet upstairs after 10 pm, and we do apologise for the uncomfortable noise levels you experienced during your stay. However, if you had read the information slip, provided on check-in, you would have seen there was a phone number you could have called to get our 24 - hour security guard to sort the issue out. Overall we hope you had a good stay at Ontop :)
