Our stay at Dumfries Travelodge was good. Mandy, the receptionist, was friendly and very accommodating. We can't praise her highly enough. The room was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. There is nothing more to say, but I have to continue until I have a minimum of 200 words!

It was the lovely and extremely helpful lady in the reception called Mandy (receptionist) which is worthy of 5out of 5. She was very helpful to amend my booking due to a computer glitch which she managed with kindness and made me feel very welcome

Another visit to my favourite Travelodge, and I am still very impressed. The staff manage to maintain very high standards and are always a pleasure to deal with. This time my room was at the rear of the property and I had the pleasure of hearing the dawn chorus of nesting birds in the background. I still recommend a visit to this excellent hotel.

Very good value for our overnight stay Clean room, comfy bed , a very friendly welcome from Corey on reception who was also really helpful and suggested a pub to eat which was only 4 mins away and turned out to be excellent value and had lovely atmosphere

Good hotel overall, friendly staff, a little road noise (but it is the ,ain road to Stranraer). Greggs opposite with outdoor seating (when warmer). Just be careful driving into the car park for the deep potholes.

My room was clean, warm & comfortable. The access road badly potholed as. Staff: were friendly and helpful. Noisy crows disturbed me at 5am.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Really helpful guy on Reception. Best reached by car but there is an hourly 79 bus that runs till late (2245 last bus home) Got a petrol station next door for late night nibbles. A couple of miles into town but a fairly easy walk if required. Comfortable clean and great staff.

Although beside a busy main road the room was quiet. Room was also warm and well maintained. Receptionist friendly. Situated beside a Greggs and Starbucks and 5 minutes drive from city centre. Beware of large (huge and deep) potholes on entrance road

Welcomed by a lovely lady called Mandy. Who made me feel at home from the off, room was decent and very clean. Thanks for a great stay and such a warm welcome Would definitely stay again, service was spot on. With decent views from my window Thanks alot Mandy Max Waite
