The hotel is nice and clean. It s not far from city center if you have a car. The breakfast is very good

On sunny day room becomes hot and air conditioning system is so loud.

Hotel manager / restaurant and few ladies at front desk been very very rude. Never again!

Oase des Großstadtdschungels mit gewissen Etwas Das Hotel liegt in Dumbrovita, etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, aber mit sehr guter Infrastruktur: Kaufland, Lidl, Mc Donalds, Konditoreien, Fliescherei, Fast Food Restaurants in der Umgebung, Elektro O-Bus ins Zentrum, Apotheke ums Eck usw. Die Zimmer sind hell und geräumig mit sehr bequemen Bett, klimaanlage und großteils mit Balkon ausgestattet. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten, Parkplätze und eins Exquisites Restaurant (Prime) im Haus. Dazu gibt es auch noch gegen Gebühr ein SPA mit Sauna und Jacuzzi sowie auf Anfrage Massagen. Das Frühstück ist für RO sehr reichhalting und auf Wunsch gibt es auch Extras. Aklles in Allem eines der TOP Hotels in der Gegend Von mir absolut empfohlen!

The hotel is located in a quiet area. Easy check in...front desk people were nice and welcoming. The room had everything needed. It was clean, warm. Breakfast (Swedish buffet) is varied and for all tastes. I felt very good and I will definitely repeat the experience, especially since I still have to come to the area.

Gemütliches Bett, angenehme Dusche, sichere Umgebung. Aber Lüftungs/Heizungssystem funktionierte nicht richtig, es war permanent viel zu heiss, wir haben Bescheid gesagt, es hat nichts gebracht. Leider wurde ich unfreundlich begrüsst und das Restaurant im Hotel scheint dem Hotel wichtiger zu sein als die eigenen Gäste( zu laute Musik um sich angenehm unterhalten zu können, teils bis in die Zimmer zu hören), schnippische Antworten der Kellnerin, bei der Frage, ob man die Musik leiser drehen könnte, nein, für das Personal stimme die Lautstärke, dann schlafen sie nicht ein. Ich komme nicht nochmal hierher

I stayed here 4 days but I had the worst experience on the last day. I had asked for a late check out the night before which was granted . Next day I was asked if I’m checking out and I said yes , I need 25 mins . After 30 mins there was banging at my door of my room, I was in the shower , then 5 mins later louder banging on the door. The guy on the other end said “u have 5 mins to get out or he will call security and throw you out” I was shocked by this ! When I went to reception an arrogant desk manager called Vacila started arguing with me . This vacila was rude arrogant and a disgraceful human! This is how guest are treated here !! He is a classic case of sugar on his lips and venom in his heart!! He has ruined the reputation of this hotel. I have never been treated so bad in all my international travels !!! I will be taking this further!! I will be adding photos of this phedo and showing obscurity was called !

Great hotel

Imagine you book a 4 star hotel as it looks so nicely designed, you think of a quiet place, having a dunk in whirl pool after a long day of driving, then a drink on the balcony and later a nice dinner in the restaurant on side. And then you don’t get anything, except the design. Bathroom floors are extremely slippery though. When you arrive we had to schlepp our luggage up steep stairs but discovered right after a steep ramp. Check in in was nice BUT the room second floor, center of building, has an humming, vibrating, kitchen exhaust above. The vibrations and slight food smell was not for us. The second and only other choice was room no 008 on first floor (parterre) between restaurant and rest rooms above the courtyard with restaurant seating. It was a mistake taking that room. The restaurant Prime had a Party that night with extremely loud DJ music. That meant we were not allowed to be in the restaurant, so no dinner. Drinks on balcony (paid extra) was not an option because of the noise (Over 8.5dp as per Apple Watch in restaurant). In our soundproof room we still could here the bass, the noises on the hallway, the phone ringing at the reception, yelling of customers and the hand dryers of the bathrooms that sounded like drilling in the wall. We really were suffering. At midnight everything was over. Hotel Management seems to not care at all and didn’t offer a price reduction btw. Nobody informed us about closure, party noise before. Breakfast was not 4star. Never again!
