The room is comfortable and spacious with windows that you can view the seaside from it. The staff were of course friendly and helpful. They don’t offer free breakfast but they give free coffee instead and free bottled water. There are restaurants and fast food nearby anyway so there’s no problem with food. Highly recommended place to stay.

My Filipina girlfriend and her family were treated very poorly. When she checked out on the 24th of April, four staff members went to the two rooms we had rented. She was accused of taking a hair dryer but it was there in the room. She was threatened with being charged an extra 1000 pesos for eating in their room when there was not a mess. The staff went to her sister's room and found a broken shower hose that had been broken when she arrived and she was charged 1000 pesos. Her and her family was delayed an hour at the front desk while there rooms were inspected. She was treated rudely and without cause. I am an American and I cannot help but think that the hotel staff would not have been this rude to a foreigner. The poor treatment by the hotel staff caused me to cancel our reservation on the 24th of May. I would not recommend this hotel to any foreigner who has a Filipina in their life. The hotel staff seemed to go out of their way to abscond monies that probably would have gone into their pockets. Be very careful if you stay here so that you do not have to endure the rudeness that my companion had to.

I would just like to make some clarifications on the incident.The guests checked in with their children at 3:00 PM on April 24 and received the keycards both rooms 201 and 203.The van-for-hire driver picked up their companions at the airport and arrived no later than 10:00 PM—not at midnight, as you previously mentioned. We have CCTV records of their arrival time when they received the two keycards for the 2 rooms, as well as the time their companions arrived at the hotel—which was NOT at midnight, as you previously stated.There was also a CCTV footage of the children running back and forth from room 201 to 203 that afternoon until evening, where they likely could have used the bathroom for personal needs which is expected and okay. It is also understandable when the room will be messy because there are many children in the room. That’s not a problem for us, since the room was paid for—as long as there are no damages or missing items, which would then be charged to the guest if there be any.The hotel staff politely asked them about the missing hair dryer from the room, which was later found inside their bag. We have CCTV footage showing that the missing hair dryer was found inside their bag, contrary to the claim that it was left in the room. We only charged P400 for the broken damaged shower hose not P1000. We can show you the statement of account on those rooms to see if we overcharged them or not.I hope this clarifies everything. If you need to see copies of the CCTV footages for your reference pls let us know. Thank you so much.The Management

The hotel is sandwiched between two other buildings so all rooms are windowless but a few suites. Bedding is pretty basic, the TV has a good selection of channels but some rooms are small at 14m2. There is no fridge or safe in most rooms but there is hot/cold water dispenser in the lobby on the floor. Friendly and helpful staff Best location close to Rizal Boulevard where there is some good food.

Unfriendly uninterested front desk. Hous keeping is ok guard is most friendly person around there. Elevator yes Not working Refrigerator only work on full so all frozen. Aircon old and to much sound. This hotel needs total be renovated its outdated. Only location is OK but breakfast in Cafe Laguna beside is not a good idea. Go Casablanca good breakfast and serve hole day !

Booked online and got a room with no windows and a noisy AC. It was good enough to sleep in, so if you arrive late and are leaving early, so will only be in the room to sleep it is fine. Not place to relax. It is however very central. 2 minutes to cafes, and 5 minutes walk to the shore. No breakfast provided in the price.
