Perfect for family's also over the road from Dudley zoo and has its own little kitchen so you can buy food and cook it the room is like a little holiday chalet

This was a beautiful place to stay in Dudley, close to the town centre, lovely working staff and a gym

Excellent value Aparthotel. Clean and friendly. Highly recommend but booking here. Central to town, next to Dudley zoo. Free parking. Staff friendly quiet rooms easy to navigate from the M5 10 mins from J2 Highly recommend staying here through the week on business or. Pleasure.

The accommodation was reasonable but the staff didn't seem too bothered, nobody serving at the bar and we had the WORST fish and chips in the evening,it was obviously cheap supermarket crap. Lucky to get 3 stars Also we were promised a quiz night on the Saturday but got back there to be told 'no quiz tonight mate '

Great place to stay. Very interesting to know that some famous faces have stayed here. Bob hope. Laural and Hardy. And Frank sinatra. Also Tommy Cooper. The hotel is very near the black country museum. And dudley zoo is across the road.

Booked this hotel only one day before arriving to visit elderly mother ill in Dudley care home. Remembered it from my childhood and the building hasn't changed much in the past 70 years! Very surprised with the clean tidy interior, comfortable rooms and helpful staff, especially Sarah. Noted no hairdryer, aircon or fan but sash windows open for plenty of fresh air, kitchenette was big surprise and bonus. Bit of noise from traffic and tram line installation but quiet at night for sleeping.

I didn’t get the room I booked and paid for. I was travelling with my family, 2 of my sons have autism and I booked a suite with 5bedrooms so they could have a bedroom each and the rest of the family could be together. Also the suite had a lounge where we could sit as a family and my sons could have the routines we have at home. However we were moved to a different suite and I was advised that the room I had selected was being used on a long term rent and I couldn’t have it. This caused awful issues for my children and me to have to stay up all night to monitor them. There wasn’t any managers around to discuss the matter with and the service from the receptionist was awful. Just kept saying it will not be possible. I showed him my booking and explained why I needed the room I had booked and he just didn’t seem to care. The whole situation was just really upsetting. The rooms were clean enough, the showers were dreadful and there wasn’t enough crockery for everyone to have a drink or something to eat. The road noises were so loud at night even if I managed to go to bed I don’t think I would of slept! All night party went on the din of music played for most of the night. The suite we stayed in didn’t have a lounge or table facilities for my children to eat at. I have called the hotel daily since my stay and no manger will speak to me about my complaint or possible refund absolutely terrible customer service! The worst I’ve ever experienced! Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody, save your money book somewhere else and probably cheaper for better!!
