DO NOT BOOK I booked this place via American Airlines. Found out after. The fact that it was less of a hotel and more like an AirBnB with self checkin. I was fine with this. In the days leading up to, and certainly the day of my arrival, I expected to receive info on how to self checkin. Nothing. I reach out out to American and they said they would try to help, and that it might take 24 hours to remedy. This wasn’t going to work as I was landing in Dibrovnik in 2 hours. Long story short - ended up stranded in Dubrovnik, at 10PM in the dark unable to get I to the property, and had to book another accommodation at a much higher rate, not to mention extra Uber fees etc. Will be demanding a refund as well as restoration of my points, at a minimum. DO NOT BOOK
