Small hotel with great location, quiet and away from the crowd. There is no elevator. The restaurant is on the roof (6th floor). Very friendly and attentive staff!

The hotel is in the heart of the Old Town and therefore is expensive but we were made to feel welcome from the start. The room was lovely. We ate in the restaurant and the view is excellent. The food however is totally overpriced. The €30 on top of the standard price for a lobster pasta was unacceptable. My lamb was overcooked and it's from New Zealand anyway so hardly fresh. It is Michelin star priced but not Michelin star qualty.

Lovely position but we were not really in the hotel. We were walked away from the “noble man’s house “ to a side alley with some more rooms. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace and unless you’re quite fit , it’s a hard climb up loads of stairs. Great view from the top but I don’t think it was worth the effort.
I wouldn’t stay here again. Too expensive for what it was.

Perfect hotel in old Dubrovnik
Beautiful hotel within the city walls. Stunning rooms. Amazing service from reception staff who went beyond any expectations when helping with any recommendations etc.

We think this hotel is extremely overpriced, despite its location in Old Town Dubrovnik. We paid about $600 for one night in this hotel. The facilities were very nice and the staff very helpful and accommodating, but I would not have gotten a room in this hotel had I known that I had to go up three double flights of steep stairs to get to our room. In the information I read on *******, it did not say that the hotel had no elevator because it was UNESCO-protected. Thankfully the nice staff changed our room to a first-floor room, and in the process upgraded our room because there was none other available. For a young person who can pay the price, this hotel might work. For elderly travelers who want to be able to walk easily everywhere, it does not work as well. That is the reason for my rating. I believe the fact that there is no elevator and that there are so many stairs to climb and even a steep short hill to climb to get to the hotel door, all of that should be mentioned in *******. We appreciate the kindness of the staff who moved us to the first floor.

Short stay at Dubrovnik
Nice hotel, with beautiful rooftop restaurant. Excellent service in restaurant and food delicious. Rooms are spacious really nice , clean and cool. BUT it’s in Old Town, so no taxi will take you there, and you have to drag your bags all the way. Then, at the hotel, there is no lift, and you have to go up the stairs that have no AC, which is quite a strain. Safety box did not work and they didn’t fix it. TV would not work, and although they said they would go
And show me, they never did.
People were very kind and helpful overall.

LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA EN HOTEL DE MI VIDA.
mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido pésima, no lo recomiendo a nadie, el precio está muy por encima de lo que ofrecen, no se puede descansar, por la noche el bullicio de la gente se mete dentro de la habitación ya que las ventanas no cierran, la dirección del hotel nos amenazó al quejarnos del ruido y nos acusaron por fumar en la habitación, al pretender que nos cambiaran de habitación, nos cerraron la habitación con nuestras pertenencias dentro obligándonos a pagar una noche más (900€) para dejarnos entrar, un HORROR.
