B and B Apartments and Studios Lanii

Unfortunately our experience of this business started negatively as we hadn’t been warned about the need to pay upfront with cash. On getting to the accommodation staff were indifferent and unhelpful. The room itself was clean, the bed reasonably comfortable but the kitchen area lacked basics like washing up liquid, eating knives and a chopping board. The induction hob lacked instructions - we googled how to use - same for the tv. We managed to do this while the WiFi held but for our last 48hrs wifi was entirely down. I appreciate the location is good, very central and not too far up the rows of steps but very sadly, and in direct opposition from all our other experiences in Croatia, this business is out to make as much money as it can from as little effort as possible. Hugely disappointing.
