Right in the heart of Dubrovnic old town. Clean, good facilities, good shower. Unusual in that entry door is straight off street (don't let that put you off - it is a vehicle free staircased backstreet, like much of the accommodation in the old town.) Biba the host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

This is great property for the price. Location is wonderful!
The owner is lovely and has provided all kinds of thoughtful add ons - sunscreen, flossers, slippers etc. note that it is a small room though. Also there is a bar nearby so there is evening noise but not too late.

Nice facilities but cold reception. I had a difficult time finding and was "scolded" for not finding it and hearing her call my name the first time.

One has to go up 38 steep steps to get to the room. We had a lower floor room. There were rooms with many more steps up above us. The room was very tiny. One could only get out of the bed on the bottom or on the side. The other side of the bed was against the wall. The manager whom we dealt with, Biba, was very pleasant, but when we asked for clean drinking glasses one day, she told us guests have to clean their own glasses. To be fair given the geography probably a lot of the hotels in Dubrovnik are up many stairs. It is a great location, but the room itself was a big disappointment. We got fresh towels when we asked for them, but other than that, there was no cleaning or tidying up the room in four days

This place was perfect. Compact but Biba has thought of everything. It was clean and comfortable for our two day stay. Most importantly it is located right in the centre of the old town, surrounded by gorgeous little restaurants, not too many steps and next door to one of the wall entry points. Biba, was on hand to ask answer any questions and provide tour guide tips. We loved our stay, loved Dubrovnik and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place was absolutely amazing! Right in the heart of the Old City. A few stairs to climb it absolutely worth it! The room was gorgeous! Had lots of heart to it. Very clean and lots of personal touches. The host Biba and the owner Franka were always around / available to help with a simple message and always checked in to see if there was anything they could do to help make the stay as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this as a place to stay!

Great hosting by Gasper, Mario, Dino and all others. Super helpful and super friendly folks all of them. Place very clean, very recently renovated so super fine working, very cozy room, very well refurbished. Hot water right there when turned on and water pressure is always strong. Super closeby to everything in old town and the main gate (pile). They even reco two restaurants for dining and both of them have turned out to be excellent, make sure to ask Gasper! They also have airport transfer service available if needed(extra). I can not reco this place enough. Such great guys.
