房間設施非常老舊和國內10年左右的酒店差不多 服務人員多為印巴人 英語不是很好要了刮鬍刀拿來一把餐刀 第二天又跟打掃衞生的員工説了但是還是忘了給 衞生看起來也是一般般 整體感覺和國內商務酒店差不多水平 海景房也看不到海

酒店地理位置不錯，但是房間已經比較陳舊，裝修風格也很落後，原本預訂之家酒店是因為42樓看哈利法塔的一個位置，但是很失望前面已經有建築影響了視覺。

第三次來杜拜，之前來旅行住過亞特蘭蒂斯、七星帆船、阿瑪尼、indigo，這次因為出差，仔細翻看評論有落地窗的哈利法塔景，才訂了香格里拉行政房。第一晚入住，很失望沒看到，第二天一早看到一片“荒涼”，將近五千一晚，落差很大，很是失望。一切的轉變，從遇到酒店前台的孫鳳超 Ethan開始，很細心的解答我所有的問題，由於近期2025杜拜食品展，酒店房源緊張，價格是平時兩倍，專業的服務態度讓我對酒店產生好感。第三天lounge bar的中國小妹妹Kathy，人甜美還體貼，見我在電話會議，生怕我錯過happy hour，提醒我可以用餐，得知我夜班機還幫我預約了樓下SPA放鬆。很少寫點評，但遇到兩位專業的中國酒店服務人員，温暖了在外奔波的我，值得我碼字👍🥰

可以看到中心區及哈利法塔的夜景，服務不錯，但房間的WiFi不怎麼給力，一個人連上了，另一人就基本連接失敗，早餐還是不錯的。

Просторные номера, хорошие матрасы, подушки, белье.
Отличный персонал.
Немного старые номера, но на второй день пребывания перестанешь обращать внимание на мелочи.
