We had 4 nights here in Dubai pre-Christmas 2024. The hotel exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure their guests felt welcomed, comfortable and looked after. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. HOWEVER, I want to mention the hotel Spa, if I may. Me and my husband treated ourselves to a massage which was rather pricey (but it was for Christmas), and full details were taken of health conditions etc. I had an "Aromatherapy" massage, which, unfortunately, was minus the Aromatherapy part. I have suffered broken ribs along with other bones (the latest being my kneecap which was pointed out with a request for a soft/medium massage pressure. My masseur was neither friendly, welcoming or seemed like she could be bothered to either listen or speak, which I found a bit odd. This lady physically hurt me by applying the strongest pressure that I have ever experienced before, resulting in bruising and injury to my neck and top of back that is still painful and will now require me to seek advice from my G.P. Please therefore consider before using this service. PLEASE NOTE: THIS SPA FACILITY DOES NOT BELONG TO THIS WONDERFUL HOTEL

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Residence. The service was exceptional and the facilities were clean, orderly and convenient. From arrival , the reception was great, with Wejesiri helping us with our luggage . Housekeeping was on time and were always keen to assist. Mention goes to Nabin and Samiksha who provided great service despite having guest in the room, in their way. They however remained courteous and professional in their work. We will definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay at the *Hyatt Regency Hotel*.The ambience was superb, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were *spacious, clean, and well-maintained,* adding to the comfort of our 10-day stay. The location was also excellent, *making our trip even more enjoyable* One of the highlights was the *breakfast experience, which exceeded all expectations. We had requested Jain breakfast,* and the team truly went above and beyond to provide us with variety and quality. *Every day we were served 8 different options,including Jain Poha,Jain Idli with Sambar, Gobi Paratha, Grilled Sandwiches, Eggless Donuts,Crispy Dosas,Jain Tawa Pulao, Fresh Juices, and more. It was a delight to see such attention to detail and customization.* *A very special thanks to Chef Mr. Shaadi and Manager Mr. John* whose dedication and care made our holiday truly memorable. *Their excellent service and attention to our needs turned our stay into a remarkable experience.* We can't wait to visit again

Excellent hotel with great facilities and awesome staff. Will highly recommend this hotel. We had bed and breakfast, and the breakfast variety and quality were excellent. Cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful especially Rita & Alisha. Thank you for the hospitality and excellent service.

My Stay at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Well I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Regency. My room was as expected from the pictures I have seen prior to booking. But two area the hotel management have improve is first staff friendliness a lot of times the employees would work pass you without greetings and secondly the breakfast there’re a lot of options per say but almost all the times the varieties are mostly concentrated to the south asian continent and as an international hotel that welcomes guest from all over the world that has to change. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay. And I wouldn’t mind visiting again.
