前台服務很好，給了有陽台的房間，對面就是雲溪港。保安們每天都會微笑打招呼，唯一不好是蒼蠅太多了。保潔禮貌，每天清潔

편안하게 지낼수 있었습니다. 한가지 아쉬웠던것은 방 사이즈는 광고에 비해서 작았습니다.

Good all around

房間本身不錯。但入住體驗比較差。酒店服務人員非常不專業。 1、訂的superior king room, 並且給前台提醒過，仍然安排king room。再次要求下，才給我換房間。 2、工作人員衹是回覆我消息，在我開門後，徑直走進房間。讓人很不舒服。缺乏安全感。 3、訂的half board，叫晚餐比較複雜。前台轉接room service 後沒人應答。需要親自去前台才能解決。3次晚餐，去了2次前台溝通。 4、Club聲音太吵，會持續到凌晨兩三點，非常影響休息。 5、早餐一般般。

That is good but i could not extend with booked price

They denied me because they don't have any rooms till 15 th of august i tried to reach you but no one answered my email

Because just 1 hour before check-in, i got a call from this hotel and informed that your booking was cancel-led and you will get your money back. After using some bad words they allow me to enter.

Tge location is very good in tge heart of Dubai, the food was below average and the noise from the disco was too loud till 3 am.

It was my 1st time that i stayed in this hotel, but i felt very comfortable and relaxed, everything was great and well managed, i would like to visit it again very soon,

Will book again on our next stay.

This hotel have a terrible insects infestation and they have to do something about it. Hotel staff are very helpful
