酒店評分是4星級標準，但軟硬件設施基本在國內3星級標準，早餐能夠基本滿足使用需求，電梯中沒有標註早餐樓層在M層會造成一定困擾，房間內沒有牙具，需要同前台領取，同時房間較小，而且隔音特別的差，能清楚的聽到隔壁説話的內容，尤其是凌晨2點多隔壁小朋友歡快的叫聲尤其明顯，選擇在此入住的客人務必要準備下耳塞。衞生間雖然面積不大但做到了乾濕分離，酒店周邊沒有太多可以逛的地方，位置比較偏，聽説有酒店專屬海灘，但需要乘坐酒店定點的車輛前往，這次沒能體驗。建議差旅的客人可以預訂靠近市中心的酒店，旅遊的客人建議居住在棕櫚島附近。

Schöner Blick auf den Park von JVC. Gutes Frühstückbuffet. Nettes Personal und sehr saubere Zimmer. Günstiger Zugang zu externem Beachclub auf Palme mit Shuttle-Bus.

酒店偏遠，帶着一顆體驗新酒店的心情想去體驗一下，結果躺床上就看到了蟑螂在床上爬，一下子把這個愉悦的心情打破了
