I recently had the misfortune of staying at this Hotel, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience. As someone who frequently travels, I always look for comfort and convenience during layovers, but this hotel fell short in several key areas.
Firstly, the bathing facilities were incredibly subpar. The shower had very low water pressure, making it difficult to rinse off properly. The temperature control was erratic; it fluctuated between scalding hot and icy cold, which made for an uncomfortable bathing experience. To add to my frustration, the shower curtain was moldy, which is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one situated in a major international city like Dubai. I expected a level of cleanliness and maintenance that simply was not present.
The reception staff had promised to provide us free private transportation as service recovery for poor bathing facilities. I was assured that the private car would arrive promptly, but after waiting for over 10 minutes, it became clear that I had been misled. I approached the front desk for assistance, but the staff were dismissive and unhelpful, offering no solutions or alternatives.
My experience at this Hotel was far from satisfactory. The poor bathing facilities, inadequate reception service, and failure to provide timely transportation left a negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking comfort and reliability. It is crucial for any hotel, especially one near an international airport, to prioritize guest satisfaction and maintain high standards—something this hotel clearly failed to do.
